Like all ink, it seems like it costs way more than it should. But it is easy to put in my printer and it works great immediately after it is put in. I bought the brand name one so I know it will really be compatible with my printer.

Great product for a low price compared to other places long lasting

I have an older printer, an HP deskjet which is not even sold in stores anymore but it really work good still. Like the saying goes, If it's not broke don't fix it, or something like that. The black HP-21 ink cartridge is the one I mostly use and it works great. I hope Best Buy doesn't discontinue this item. I was disappointed to see that they don't carry the color cartridge anymore, the HP-22 but that's ok, I don't really use the color anymore but it would be nice just to have it when I actually would need it.

Tired of remanufactured cartridges that don't always print, this purchase at a great price ensured quality first-time printing. Priced right, packaged well, and incredibly quick shipment...a great buy.

Never had a problem with HP ink. It's easy to install and take out. Ink is vibrant on paper with no smears. Can tell when it's time to change ink as it appears faintly and splotchy on paper.

Compared prices around and this ink cartridge coming from Best Buy has the best bang for your buck. The cartridge slides into my printer easily and is automatically calibrated. There is no mess and less fuss, just tear off the cartridge tape, slide it in and done. Very good quality black ink and provides me with many pages.

The HP 21 ink cartridge is easy to install and lasts a long time and Best Buy had the lowest price I could find!

Price in line or better than other suppliers. Delivery to store was pretty slow, but maybe because it was due a few days before Black Friday and they were swamped with orders. Got the correct cartridge, works fine.

All Hp products are high quality. They are reliable and I can refill cartridges when they run out.
