I always had laptops, so did my daughters. Then a few months ago, they both got desktops from Best Buy, and I was so awed at the difference in size, clarity, appearances and speed compared to my laptop, that I went to Best Buy and bought my own desktop. I'm thrilled that I did! Every morning when I start it, the screen jumps out at me and I tell myself I did the right thing!

Replaced an older HP all in one with this newer version. It was easy to set up and works great. The only thing we don't like is the fact windows 11 doesn't have free word.

I was able to order the open box directly from Bestbuy store, the agent sent me the invoice so I could pay for it, then my husband picked it up. The only problem was trying to get hold of the store, the AI would not give me a direct phone number to call. I had to really work to find it. That is not a good way for the AI to work. Other than that the product works great and have had no problems. Thank you

I gave been pleased with the HP products I've owned over the year anf this computer is easy to use, lightweight and easy to work with.

I am very happy with the purchase of this All in One. The associate at the store was a huge help. I feel like this purchase is a larger version of my phone. I may need to look into memory and storage at a later time, but it gets the job complete for school and other etc.

The computer was purchased as an upgrade for my aging father who lives on another state. I paid someone to set the computer up for him. The computer and mouse were fine, however the keyboard did not work, it wasn’t the port, it was the keyboard. I called customer service and asked if I could receive a replacement keyboard, I was told that wasn’t an option, I would need to send the entire computer back and wait on a replacement. This option, was not financially feasible due to the fact, I would have had to pay to have to computer broken down and pay to have the new one set up. I let the rep know that that option wouldn’t really work for me. The rep then suggested, I go to the store and see what assistance they could offer me, which would work either because I was wearing a boot and had driving restrictions. I ended up ordering a wireless mouse and keyboard from Amazon. Very disappointed in customer service and up until this point, never had a problem or bad experience with Best Buy.

This was one of the best purchases I made computer wise. It was a great deal. It has all the good qualities I need for work and home. System works great and handles with ease. And it has an elegant look. Love my new HP

I’m shocked at how well this works for the games my teenager plays.. especially for the price. I was expecting it to fail… It didn’t. Best Buy no longer gives points if you don’t use their credit card. I’ll be buying from other places from now on due to this final straw with this company and things that have happened.

This All in One is perfect size for me and has all the features and power I need.

I love the smaller foorprint of this computer because the processor is in the screen. It was literally open the box and start using. Of course I had to do the obvious of transferring my photos and the like but other than that turn it on, connect to the internet and done. I always buy HP and love their products.
