This is a great basic computer ideal for watching youtube, doing school work with, and such. This is NOT a gaming system. It work great for school and office.

My first purchase was a night mare a Lenevo this worked much better Better yet was the super service manager who was so helpful The first time I brought it back the other manager was unrelenting and I spent literally hours with the geek squad and still couldn't get it to work. This second manager was so understanding She restored my belief in Best Buy!

It's a pretty good deal as long as you know and understand that you don't get your pretty standard basics as far as software goes. You have to go to the app store on the computer to get most things that you used to just be able to scroll, click and go. The computer is a bit confusing as it has windows 10, but it's a learning curve I'm sure.

I always buy my computer products at Best Buy. I trust them and their products. All of their staff are friendly and helpful. They answer any questions I have. I usually buy HP products.

For the price, this is a great home pc for Internet browsing, general applications and some media.

So far so good with this one. It gets the job done and is very fast. The only complaint I have is with the keyboard. It sometimes sticks or something and can't keep up with my typing using certain fonts.

Great computer! Able to support my 2 HP displays, very quiet, lots of USB ports, lots of storage, good RAM, and overall great computer.

It works as well as my former one did in the beginning and at a lower cost. The Geek folks had to transfer the old data to the new computer and that was as described. My Outlook program for mail has popups that are a nuisance, however, and I have been unable to correct this. I like the Windows 10 program.

Meets my needs perfectly. Fast enough, good memory, etc. HP produces a fine product.

Bought this tower for my son to play online games. Works great and very inexpensive.

Nice cuz it's an AMD with a TB hard drive. Down side is it's another HP. For the price, gets you back to basics if you're rebuilding your computer components. A little limited on USB ports. Comes with a short-term Mcafee AV but doesnt like older HP printer so will need to upgrade that soon.

I needed a desktop computer for my secretary and I chose this one and it did not let me down. Everyone is pleased with the output and life is good.

This is one of the best desktop computer that I got in the last 5 years. I am not talking about a professional use, but is perfect to use at home, runs fast browsing, watching videos, music, movies online etc.

This was bought to have a backup unit and something to use when our other computer was occupied. Also for photo files and sharing. to this point it has been fine and served it's purpose. No complaints,was easy to set up and get running. So far,so good.
