very good computer and was value priced very easy to use

I like my new computer, but I do not like Windows 10 as much as the earlier versions. I feel it has a lot of extra steps to use which are not explained very well. I would like a couple of extra ports on my computer, but overall I like it.

The size and capabilities of this tower is perfect for our household. Two adults who shop and occasionally make purchases on-line. It takes up very little space and is small enough to go on the desk so it is easy to insert and use cd's.

Easy to set up and use. Windows 10 is much nicer than my old windows vista system. Start up is very fast compared to my 8 yr old compaq.

Not bad for the money. Dual monitor capable was important factor.

Newer computer for an old replacement. Was told may need a newer monitor but paired nicely and perfectly with new computer. Still learning Windows 10.

So glad I got this as it is easy for me to use. Only complaint is trying to use Windows 10 for the first time is confusing. Should come with "for dummies" section.

Great product for basic customer service use great for word processing and Microsoft office.

Have always used HP and have never had problems with them. Last one is over ten years old and still use for backups! Just outdated for all the new things out there. Retired and needed to keep up with the times. New to wireless and salesman was very helpful in choosing what would for me. Everything went smoothly and very happy with this purchase.

So far this computer is doing everything it is supposed to do. The salesman at the store was very informative and helped me pick this computer out. There was no pressure and I appreciated that.

As much as I loathe Windows 10, this has proved to be easy to work with. No games, no videos, just words and photos are my primary workload.

I bought this pc for my wife after our old tower started to act up. Works great for surfing the web and paying bills. Good for just about everything except gaming. The price was perfect!

Expected it to be a little faster, but could be operator. Wndows 10 is difficult to manage, takes some getting used to and I don't think I still have everything the way I want it

We use this computer for email and games. It handles both very easily. With its capabilities I am sure it would do a lot more, but for us, it was priced right and did the job.

Bought this computer to replace an old one. We don't do much on the internet other than check headlines, some eBay, and rarely download music. So we don't need a computer with all the bells and whistles-this one was easy to set up and start using.
