It ok for a low end computer.

The cd holder is sideways and is not convenient to use. The puter with 6gb ram seems very slow. On the plus side it is quient and Windows 10 is nice to use.

Easy to operate computer for seniors.

This one replaced my XP operating system that finally went to computer heaven. I'm a little overwhelmed with Windows 10, but as long as I can email and internet, I'll be OK. Will get more into the operating system later.

Stays in service center more than at my house.

Took it back to BestBuy and they sent it off to be repaired. It took 14 days. After two or three days it picked up three or four virus including the blue screen of death. BestBuy repaired it at the store after a couple of days. Another week or two it acted up again. Took it back to the store. BestBuy called and said the hard drive went bad again. They sent it off to their repair center and I'm currently waiting for it to be repaired. When this computer works it has good speed and clear graphics. I'm not blaming BestBuy. They have been great about getting it fixed. I will not recommend anyone buy this computer.
