I’m very happy with my new “all in one” computer. It has brought me “all in one” beauty, joy and peace of mind. The wide screen and rich color display, supply the beauty; joyful, is how it makes me feel and the slip away hidden camera give me peace of mind, knowing I can’t be seen without my permission.

Easy touch screen or with use of a mouse or keyboard. Great speed for opening a site. Easy transfer from old pc to new. I’m 75 years old and found it easy to setup and use.

Absolutely the fastest PC we have had. Excellent touch screens. Takes less space in our home office with the all in one built in the screen. Makes for a neater office space. We love it! Great price

Very nice computer. It was extremely easy to hook up...plug it in, attach to WiFi! Looks great, works great. Definitely a good choice!

I purchased an all-in-one computer to replace a laptop connected to a monitor. The new device has a 27" screen, which makes viewing small print easy. The operating system is fast, allowing quick start-up and easy access to websites. This all-in-one is a wonderful upgrade and the Geek Squad was very helpful transferring files and installing new apps on it.

I’m impressed by how unique and simple this unit is to use and get around with! I still have a 12 year old 27 inch HP that is still working, but is past its prime!!! The new HP is worth every penny!!! No tricks, no gimmicks and no nonsense… a work horse worth every penny

This HP Touch-Screen All-in-One is everything I hoped it would be. It's ease of operation, speed and power are perfect for older customers such as ourselves. I still use the wireless mouse on occasion but am really getting comfortable with the touch screen features.

have only had it for 30days and just installed the 365 suite with all document apps. so far machine is quick and easy to operate. set-up was easy, it found my wireless signal with no problems and the installed McAfee antivirus seems to work ok, but I already paid for a different application.

I had one of these computers over a year. It came from factory with a defect. I still used it and before my total best buy membership expired I figured Id get it repaired. HP doesnt have the part to fix it. so Bust buy gave me a refund. I bought the same compter the new one doesnt have this defult. Other then that it was completly usable. Just a small line across the bottom of the screen would fade in and out.

Great so far, tutorial helps tremendously. Have not purchase a PC in decades. Lots of new icons and updates. My other HP crashed and this one is so breath taking. I started back taking classes again after 2 decades just wanted to test the water. I for sure needed reliable tools on this journey. I am so happy I stepped out on faith and it has been so rewarding . Love HP also have a HP laser printer that I have had for over a decade looks brand new works brand new. Thank you HP and Best Buy!

The computer is great! The speed is terrific and the colours are bright and the images are clear and crisp. Fits well in my small space.

Love what I chose. Perfect computer for me. So easy to find what I am looking for. It just fits in my life. I had trouble getting the printer to print, but a few clicks and I got it. Easy to operate.

Good product but Geek Squad not much help. Bought it at Best Buy because of Geek Squad. Couldn't get started without a Microsoft pass word. {Which I did not have, Never did that I know of) Working ok now without the pass word, Had to hire local computer tec to get it working. Wireless mouse didn't work and had to purchase a wired mouse.

I like the stand alone computer; the only complaint I have is it takes too long to “log in”; I may have to do more research when I recover from my surgery. I do like the touch capability since I only have the function of one arm since surgery. I am anxious to try the different capabilities that are available.

I had the Geek Squad to download everything from my old computer to my new one. They didn't tell me that the programs would not be downloaded to the new computer just the files. In order to open up my files, I had to install new programs.
