I did receive a lot of quality customer service at the time of purchase.... and since then.... I have had to return the 1st All in One due to the stand was broken....replaced that one and got another one.... I'm praying all documentation and pics are transferred over but it seems that pics are in documents and I don't understand that.. I do wish someone would return call if you leave a message. That has not happened after leaving 2 messages... Therefore I had to go in and ask whatever it was.

HP 27" Touch Screen All-in-One Desk Top Computer

The 27" screen is very nice and makes using the machine very easy when working on programs with graphics. Love the wireless mouse and keyboard. Chose the black version because it was being used in the office - otherwise I would have chosen the white for a home office.

A great All-In-One PC

Printers hook up quickly. I would recommend this all on one to anyone looking for a desktop computer. Good value for the money. You wont be sorry no matter what you need to use it for.

I can't remember if it was AI or co-pilot but it kept saying things asking me if I wanted to do this. I had enough and i SAID i WISH YOU WOULD leave me alone. It said ok but if you need me I am here. End of problem

Nice Computer For The Money

I have had Apple products for at least 15-20 years so I have to relearn the OS which isn't that bad but definitely different. I bought an Android cell phone and Samsung tablet computer and that is definitely a real challenge after Apple OS! Overall I recommend this HP computer.
