This ink is excellent. The staff was very helpful in me find my way around the store to locate the products I needed. They were very friendly and greeted at the door.

This is a great product. Think it has lasted me fairly long. I've been able to print out many documents. The color and clarity are exceptional. I would highly recommend this if anyone is looking at a printer or looking for replacement ink

I am a college student. I don't have the need to use color cartridges very much, but my son that is in high school has a higher need for colored prints. I am very satisfied with the cartridge, but I feel that, it being a multicolor cartridge, that if one color runs low that it should tell you as such, not when every color runs low.

I love the ease of installation. HP makes what used to be a complicated process so much easier. I shop at Best Buy for all my tech needs; big and small. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and they take the guess work out of shopping.

I am very happy with this ink cartridge. It has been great to find a quality printer that enables me to spend under $20 to replace the ink cartridge, without having to try out 3rd party brands or refill options. HP got it right with getting more aggressive with their ink pricing, and Best Buy adds to it by giving a % discount for rewards members.

Always buy HP ink cartridges--Never had a problem- they are the best

I have bought the generic brand in the past and they do not work as well nor do they lady as long. The name brand is a little pricier but you get what you pay for.

Best Buy has the ink I need for my printer. Delivery is quick whether I have it delivered or I pick it up. The price is just ok. I feel like it goes up very often.

Planned to buy combo pak of b&w & color, but had to buy each separately, because store out of stock of combo. Single pak works well & provides good color. More pricey to buy single paks, though, than combo, unfortunately, so I rated single pak a 3 for price.

color ink can be very expensive but not at best buy. they will meet and beat any price you find. look around and get the cheapest price and go back to best buy and see. there price match policy/guarantee can't be beat by anyone.

The cartridges are working exactly as expected, Easy to install. Very pleased.

It's not too hard to install. The ink quality is fair. The ink doesn't last very long. After a few uses especially with color it's used up. But it works well on my HP printer. I wouldn't use anything else such as a generic or refilled brand. The results may be disastrous.

For now it is good for my printer but after this one I am switching to EPSON. The ECO tank, that will have more ink and it is cheaper overtime.
