    I have had no problem's with this ink. Sometimes with after market ink I have issues with my printers. This one is for my son's printer. Works just fine.

    I have purchased HP ink at Best Buy many times before. Sometimes I go into the store and purchase it, and sometimes I order it online, and then pick it up. It is nice to have that option! The salesman that helped us was a very nice young man, a senior in high school. We chatted with him about our purchase and also about the computers on display. He was willing to take the time and show me a little look at Windows 10. You should be proud to have such a nice man as an employee; he was pleasant, and easy to converse with! That means a lot to customers.

    convenient ordering, expedient delivery, and received excellent communication regarding delivery tracking. I'm satisfied with the product. Actually, I previously purchased the "same" product at another store, but my printer rejected it as being either defective or not authentic! The same occurred with a replacement. That's when I gave Best Buy a try, and I'm happy I did.
