    what can I say, its printer ink. I have no choice but to buy it because thats what my printer requires. It tends to run out fairly quickly, even though printer settings set for light use and draft quality.

    Some HP cartridges are not compatible with their printers. This cartridge could not be used with my HP8025 inkjet because the printer identified this new magenta cartridge as “defective”.

      Hi there,

      I am sorry that the cartridge didn't work even though it is the correct one for your printer. It does appear that it is defective.

      The seller is responsible for the product they sent to you. When you receive a cartridge that has a defect, please check about returning it to the seller.
