Cartridges deplete fast

I only printed one page in color and it says it color cartridges were dry and there wasn't even that much color it was no more than you'd have in a test page. I did a bit of googling and found out it's best to turn off the printer on completely I always used to just leave it on and when I need it it would be there but it says it will keep depleting the cartridges if you keep it on because when you turn it off there's a door that supposedly closes off. so they don't dry out

GREAT SERVICE

The floor assistant helped find the ink which had been put into another location since our last visit. The check out staff was also very helpful.
