    Do wish your stores would maintain these small but important items (printer cartridges) in stock, but associate was able to order two of them and I received only a few days later at my home.

    I was completely out of ink for my printer so I went into my Best Buy online account and found and ordered the ink cartridges I needed and received them in two days which was a lifesaver and the ink comes out clear and crisp.

    This HP 96 ink is difficult to find …. nice to know I can count on Best Buys to always have it …. I bought my copier that uses it here at BB and sure hope they continue to carry the ink!

    Ink for my printer because it's so old (HP 6980Series) 2007 model. Cost was $99.00 new, Now a set of color and black ink cost more than the printer.

    I have older hp ink-jet printer that must use this genuine hp cartridge. To try and save, I've tried 3rd party cartridges but they dont work. If I keep using this printer, I'm locked into using these exorbitantly priced cartridges.

    Needed this cartridge on short notice for a convention organizing office, thankful the local Best Buy had them in stock. Cartridge performed admirably through a weekend of relatively heavy usage.

    STORE IS (1) OF (2) IN THIS AREA THAT CARRIES THIS INK. OUR PRINTER IS AN OLDER MODEL BUT IT STILL WORKS SO WE NEED THIS INK.

    still have my ancient HP 6940 printer, using a hard to find cartridge. I love ths printer because it does envelopes perfectly every time

    I have an HP Deskjet 6980. It still runs, but some stores have stopped carrying the ink cartridge. I'm glad Best Buy still stocks it!

    HP cartridges work great. The cost is expensive. My printer is older and only uses this cartridge. Planning to upgrade it so I can buy less expensive cartridges.
