This replaced a 10 year old computer. Needless to say, the sign on & browsing is so much quicker. Just wish the stand had the felt on the bottom instead of the top. Would be easier to keep the dust off of it.

My new HP is just what I wanted and needed; the associate who assisted me was very informative. Another excellent purchase from Best Buy.

my old all-in-one didn't support Windows 11

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved my old HP all-in-one from 2017 but it didn't support Windows 11 so I got this one. This is okay, but the accessories it came with, i.e.,, the keyboard and mouse, are kind of cheap-ish. The stand is odd - it is nice that you can adjust the height and tilt the monitor up and down pretty easily, but the base for the monitor is f a weird gray cloth-like material. The first one of these I got had to be returned almost immediately because it didn't work properly and they tried everything to repair it, then gave me this new one. This new one I've had less than a month, and my fingers are crossed that it doesn't stop working properly as well. I wish I could have kept my old one that doesn't support Windows 11 because I really liked it. I'm sure there are better HP all-in-ones than this one, but it was on sale when I had to buy it - boo on Microsoft extortion on Windows 11.

Copilot is great!

I am older and don’t know a lot about computers but I used copilot to answer questions I had and it walked me through steps to get my printer connected correctly. Love that I can ask questions about things I don’t know how to do and it walks me through it.
