The computer is fast and the screen is bright Love it.

Love it for the most part, but after having to take the unit back to Best Buy because I couldn't get the microphone to work and the Geek Squad guy discovering that the microphone was disabled, and now, having an issue that the unit that is set to go into sleep mode, seems to freeze overnight so that I can't "awaken" it and can't restart it with the on/off button. Rather I have to unplug the power source and plug it back in to get it to work again. The unity makes a strange noise during that process. Do I need to have it checked out again?

Finally, I found a computer that I love: the size and speed of my new HP desktop are perfect.

I bought this HP all in one to replace an older one that I puchased from Best Buy in 2017. It was a great computer but ran Windows 10. I know that I made a great choice with my choice. It is streamlined and quick for my needs. As a footnote, Best Buy was helpful and told me that I didn't need a more expensive computer for my daily usage.

The computer works exactly like the salesperson said it would. Because of our Total Membership with Best Buy, Geek Squad did an efficient and excellent job at setting up and transfering data from our old computer to the new one. The entire experience was pleasant and fruitful.

Still getting used to the smaller screen. Speed is just what I was looking for. Not a big fan of the keyboard, but I'll get used to it. Also not a big fan of the McAfee pop-ups. But most of my meager disappointment is tied to the fact that this was an unanticipated replacement purchase for another computer that was delivered with a broken screen (not a Best Buy purchase). Overall, this is quite satisfactory.

I bought this pc after shopping for one for awhile. My old pc was outdated and slow. The recommendation from the salesperson at my Best Buy was excellent. I have enjoyed the features and the setup for this pc was easy and transferring files and pictures from the old pc was easy using a backup device. Connecting to my printer was also easy with just a few clicks. I highly recommend this for those of us who are less tech savvy and want to get rid of the wire clutter from the old pc.

The workstation lighting and graphics has reduced the strain on eyes. My daughter uses it every day for her work and has to review documents and read/review legal briefs for hours. She used to get tremendous headaches but with the lighting options she is feeling so much better after work. The system works well and it's been a game changer for her. Well worth the money and great price point.

Great and easy to use, the screen is magnificent and the price was very affordable. We havent had it very long so still have alot to learn and use on this all in one computer. Great find, great buy!

This range has a 6 burner natural cook top with a double oven where the top has an air fryer (basket sold separately) & includes a really heavy grill that fits over the middle two burners to cook hot cakes, grilled cheese, etc. I expecially bought it do to the dual fuel & ability to air fry in the top oven. It has convection in the bottom oven which cooks a little faster when you need it. The range was sent in a very secure box inside a carboard box with a lot of safety wrap around everything. The delivery men actually put the range on their back rather than use a dolly to get it into the house. With the dual fuel I hired my own contractor to install my range to be sure it is done by code. So far I've baked in the top oven and it baked evenly across the cake pan an appeared to be at the correct temperature. The top of my apple-walnut cobbler was evenly browned. So far I am very satisfied with my purchase although it is a bit more money than I intended to spend. Delivery was included but not the installation.

Very pleased with the Hp- Copilot. It is so much faster than the one we replaced. The team at Best Buy is awesome. The are very knowledgeable and professional. The Greek Squad is the best! They can answer any questions ask and work well with you to figure out what is needed! Love Best Buy!

Upscaled my former desktop to this purchase. I am truly satisfied with this all-in-one, adjustable height, memory, and copilot performance. I am a very satisfied user.

I like it now that it is working properly. The keyboard had some problems due to a glitch with Windows 11. It would not power up when the computer and mouse were on. So of course, it would not type. I called my Geek squad twice for help over the phone, and then had to take the entire computer with keyboard and mouse in to the store so they could fix it. And the batteries that came in the box with the set died in less than two weeks. After the frustration in the beginning, I am overall happy with my new computer. It is the exact computer I was looking for when I went to Best Buy for a new one.

I purchased this high-performance computer as an ideal starter device for my daughter, suitable for both her educational needs and recreational activities.

I love the way the computer looks. The screen can be tilted or can be raised or lowered. It was easy for my son to set it up for me. At first it made a hum...but now it's very quiet. This was the perfect upgrade for me. I would highly recommend this desktop. And it was at a very affordable price.

Working great so far. Great upgrade. Floor worker was great in picking out a unit. Geek Squad worker excellant.
