The keyboard did not work, andtoo send it back for replacement, I would have had to send everything back. The problem is, I have already put too much info on it.

It offers a lot of operations for anyone's wants or needs. The all-in-one feature is great because it doesn't take a lot of room on my desk. I love that it came with a wireless keyboard and mouse.

The all in one features really makes this a very easy computer to use. It was absolutely A1 for setting up no issues no problems easy great purchase!

Not heavy to carry around

It did take a little time to transfer my files from the old one. but now it works much faster, and I like the bigger keys. So if you want a good laptop, wait until it is on sale and buy this one.

They are replacing it. Computer seems to be good, but customer service was awful. Wait time, got cut off, wouldn't call back.

Also having out old computer information transferred to the new ones was so easy and fast. Everyone we delt with at Best Buy was wonderful and efficient. Thank you BEST BUY

I had to purchase a new one since windows 11 is coming and my existing computer was not compatible.

Keyboard Issue.
