I bought this printer on Black Friday. I got home installed the software, hooked up the printer to the PC and went to print and got a black ink error, went through the troubleshooting guide and still no luck. I got on HP's support chat and talked to a agent. walked me through the steps again with no success. Then he suggested a new cartridge and sent a new one free of charge within 3 days. Got the cartridge, plugged it in, and IT WORKS!! Great support on HP's end. Recommended product!

Very handy printer , colors are crisp but looks like the inks are expensive ! The scanner is the best part

Easiest time setting up this printer. Only took a couple minutes. We placed the printer on our lower level of the house and can print from the upper level.

I purchased this printer during Black Friday door buster sale, awesome price for the product. I purchased two by mistake and gave other as a gift. I just installed it a few days ago, installation was simple. I was able to print a document from my phone with ease. This replaces another HP printer which my biggest issues the ink cartridge dry out fast and needed to be replaced often. The print quality is good. I wished they offered in black.

This printer is a good fit for a household. Easy to install and the WI FI works great.

In order to set it up for wireless operation, it requires a password. Fine. After repeatedly entering one - it kept on complaining that the password did not "match" the one for the wireless router. Since I am unaware of any such password for the wireless router, I am unable to utilize the wireless printer function. It prints fine via a USB cable - just as printers in the past have always printed.

I needed a wireless printer and Best Buy had it!! The price made it even better!!
