    I dealt with Brandon Heintz who explained the Total Tech Support policies and I purchased one. I am a disabled vet on a mobility scooter and can't wear a mask and didn't have a face shield. Brandon provided me with a face shield so I could go in the store and complete my purchase. When the Geek Squad came to my house to hook up my TV they were very knowledgeable and polite. They explained everything to us on how to use our TV
