My HP Desktop already froze up. I had to power down and up to have it start working. Not sure if it will freeze up again. Can't get support from Best Buy even though I bought the Total Tech Support yearly membership package.

The computer was a very easy set up for a replacement. All of the other items we already had ( printer, ext ) loaded automatically when plugged in. No searching needed. The programming on this machine was very simple to use.

I would recommend it to anyone, it's faster and I love it

I exclusively use this PC to game and stream and it's pretty good for playing games alone, but struggles to stream Valorant. However, this is a pretty niche issue so I will say any game you want to play will probably be pretty good, Valorant is very graphics intense and I have also been able to play VR Chat.

Nice computer with lots of USB ports and other features

It's been 3 weeks of use, the desktop is working fine. There is an issue with the keyboard that comes with the desktop. When pressing one letter, multiple letters come up. Started today, while classes were going on. It's frustrating when signing in. My previous keyboard is not compatible, because keyboard needs a usb wire.

Very functional and great for an inexperience user.

I purchase this particularly because it has a CD built in. This is about the flimsiest CD drive I've ever seen. It's hard to get it to open and when it opens it feels very cheap. If you want a CD drive I'd recommend another computer and buy an external CD drive. Other than that the computer works.

Bought this for my mom who still works processing medical records at 81 years old! Very easy start up, great processing speed. Her last desktop died so we bought this one and are using her old hard drive as backup and storage for all her older documents.

The counter people are great, but the Geek squad will never be used by me. I had a Friday 6:20 appoint with the squad, heard nothing until Sunday and was told the appointment was cancelled, The store, however it great.

Great computer for general use. Good value price.

VERY pleased with this desktop. Probably the best tower type unit I have ever had. Was able to hook it up myself(71 year old computer dummy). I was surprised at the low price compared to the all-in-one computers.

So far this computer is working adequately. I'm in the processing of upgrading a few things (eg. RAM). Have not experienced any major problems yet.

l purchased the computer on 25 July and unfortunately, I'm new to "Windows 10" and the transition is not real easy, but that is not a problem of the computer. I like the H/W a lot and I'm gradually getting better with "10."

Overall I am very pleased with this computer. The only problem I had was that both sound ports would occasionally "thump". I checked on the HP forum and ended up removing and reinstalled the sound driver, which solved the problem.

Overall, pretty much satisfied. One folder with about 20 files didn't make the changeover. And some procedures to move files just isn't working the same as before. With a little help, I'm hoping these issues can be fixed.

I bought this HP desktop for my parents. They wanted something basic just to be able to get online and pay bills. They love it!
