I will need McAFee cd to install for internet protection. I would like to take the HP box to Best Buy to purchase the CD and have it installed, Please let me know when I may have it done. Thank you.

This is an excellent machine. Got a great open box deal. It came with absolutely nothing but if your a computer person you have a keyboard and power chord laying around.

Working for home . Needed something relatively inexpensive as I’m tired working on my small lap top. This does the job for all my zoom meetings and is actually pretty fast for the stuff I use it for

I have always had HP computers. They have a great product. The Geek Squad installer was Robert, and he did an exceptional job installing everything I needed.

Havent had an issue (then again it's only been a month). Its quiet and starts up is quick. Do use it for gaming and while there is a slight lag (pretty sure that's just my internet) it's been nice over all.

I love this PC for my school work and browsing the web. I can even play small games like Minecraft. Perfect for my type of use

Very nice desktop computer for the price. It is HP and they support their products. Only bad thing is the way it has to sit so the fans are ventilated but I knew this before I bought it.

I bought this PC for my mom and it was a perfect solution for basic email, You Tube streaming, and web-surfing. The Best Buy price was also very reasonable for the great specs it has.

wanted to get help with set up and some advice to get better performance but the Geek Squad was unavailable for a long period. Also the online and telephone were of no help and unreachable! So I don't know if my new computer is working at top performance.

I am very happy with my HP Desktop - AMD Ryzen with Windows 10. I needed to replace my old Dell with Windows 7. The associate recommended this system and was very helpful.

Great basic computer for simple stuff. Not going to get you far if you want to game. That's not what this model does. It gets you online though and is nice and quite.

This item was placed on clearance for not having a power cord, and what a deal. It works fantastic and is high quality. Amazing find in the corner of the store.

Great so far. It was a little hard for us non-tech people to deal with but the Geek Squad was helpful. My only thought is that it is a little hard to find the on/off button.

With online learing, needed a desktop to support my daughter. She uses her chromebook for zoom classes. This boosts her on-line capability while doing zooms from chromebook.

thought it would have more storage and in WOW it told me right off that I need to upgrade my graphics card? I also have a new HP printer and can't get them working together?

I bought this for my stepdad for work. It’s a great pic for basic office work and internet browsing. He loves it and you can’t go wrong with ryzen these days.

Bought this for my wife for X-Mas to replace a really old HP. She just uses for basic internet, Shopping etc., so far so good. Really fast startup! HP is the bomb!

The desktop I purchased works good but the store salesperson assured me I would be able to connect my soundbar to it and so far the soundbar doesn't work

This computer has exceeded my expectations! The only issue is that it did not come with the software to actually utilize the DVD burner. Plays my games well.
