It is a good pc for home use, it works just fine, the start button is hard to find. It takes awhile to get used to it's operation, but once you do it works just fine,

This computer has exceeded my expectations! The only issue is that it did not come with the software to actually utilize the DVD burner. Plays my games well.

The desktop I purchased works good but the store salesperson assured me I would be able to connect my soundbar to it and so far the soundbar doesn't work

Got the BSD on my laptop and had to send it for repair (still under warranty) got this desktop, uploaded all my music now have relaxing evenings rocking out and streaming my shows.

CPU works fine and was able to connect my existing accessories with no problem. Still getting used to MS 10 and uploading my old programs from previous CPU.

Has been a great replacement computer and perfect for my badic needs. Set-up was pretty easy and I have enjoyed having a fast computer again.

Learning a lot in transferring files from my old computer to the new one with Windows 10. It's giving my 85-yr-old brain quite a job (and jolt)! Hope I got it right.

all of the programs on my old HP Desktop were not transfered to my new HP. I an not able to do all my work because i can not use the new HP. This new HP is very hard the allow me to do my work.

A basic computer tower for doing regular web browsing, media storage, and so forth. Lightweight and more room to add other peripherals later down the line.

Had the one option I wanted the most a cd-rom as most of my programs are on cd's. My internet is spotty and downloading isn't always easy.

I purchased this for our house, but primarily for my father because I use my laptop for work. It was relatively inexpensive, reliable, lightweight, easy to use and sleek. I would recommend it.

Appreciated the cost of this as it was better than other places online for the exact model. Would buy again for equal or less money... def could use 8gb more ram to run in dual channel mode

The geek squad transferred data from our old computer faster than expected. They took the old computer for recycling. Very helpful.

A great product. Really want to commend the employee who helped me select it. This unit is smaller than my previous one, but it has everything I need
