interesting desktop

I have never had to go through so many hoops just to get logged in. Windows 10 is way to complicated for the average person like myself. Praying that when they come up with a new system that it is more user friendly.

Brought it in to geed squad and was told it was a problem with micro soft. It still doesn't work as it the way its is supposed to. I have to jump some hoops.

It DIED after 5 MONTHS

I had to purchase an external hard drive so The Geek Squad could backup the data and make the repairs. They could not backup the data, it was beyond hope. On 07/27 AM, I called and they had no idea where my PC was. Miraculously, it was found late on the same day! It is now 08/10 and they are waiting for parts. I asked if they will call me when it is fixed, they explained they don't call they will email. ON WHAT, I don't have a computer and can't receive text messages. Their solution was for me to call them every other day!!

Wasn't told I needed speakers

Then. two more before I got the help of a Manager who sealed the deal....and very efficiently. Haven't had it (working) long enough to rATE IT.

But we had asked for a Dell product, which we have had for decades and are familiar with. Nothing fancy, just pictures, music, and a couple DVD games. Can’t get the games to load. The app dashboard is SO confusing. So we stupidly bought something we’ll probably never use and can’t return. Only ourselves to blame. Although we WERE told it was “essentially the same” as a Dell Not true. I hate it.

Sad add happy!

I took it back and was kindly able to trade up to a lap top which I love. Best Buy is a fair and friendly electronics store and I would and have, recommended them many times. All of their personnel whom I have had the pleasure of dealing with are anxious to assist me in all of my adventures in their store.
