Within a week of setting up this computer it started displaying the blue screen of death non stop. They persisted even after I did a factory refresh. So, I had to return this PC via mail since Best Buy is still closed to the public. I am STILL waiting for a refund weeks later. I’m never going PC shopping at Best Buy again!

I had to get a new computer recently and when that happened the video started to work just fine on the new device. However the microphone does not work and I have been struggling to make it work for a long time. I continue to hope that a solution will be found soon.

from the start this machine had issues. external hard drives plugged into usb ports would disappear. the dvd drive disappeared while playing a dvd. my 10 pound cat jumped off the couch 3 feet away from it and the hdmi port lost connection. I returned and got a different brand.

Best Buy staff was great. Needed an office terminal quick and many stores were out due to COVID, and workers and students staying at home. Unfortunately, it would go to the blue screen of death daily so i had to return it.

Purchased directly from bestbuy. Set it up and upgraded windows operating system from win 10 home to pro via Microsoft store. (Paid) for it. PC was not functioning since upgrade. HP gave me runs around and best buy agent said there was nothing he could do since it was pass 30 days.

New computer is fine, but the conversion still has not been fixed. In fact Adam Chapparo has not given me a date to fix the conversion.

Have had this desktop for 2 weeks and it keeps shutting down on us and giving us messages. Geek squad online can't do anything so we have to take it in. Not happy at all.

Set up took 4 hours by a professional (Geek Squad). It still does not run correctly. I cannot send emails, but I can receive them ( my main problem).

Well I purchased the tower in January . Used it maybe four times until February 9. Crashed every single time. The representative was 100% correct. Kudos to him. This AMD product featuring the 3200g with Vega 8 is no good. No I have to go back to the store, look like a complete idiot and get another one.

I bought this in January of this year, and it now has to be replaced due to hardware problems. Since it out of the BB return window, I don't want to buy another one from BB, I'm ordering one from HP, will get the old one repaired under the HP warranty, and sell if for whatever I can get for it.

Worst sound ever! I waited to long to open box and now I can not return it. Money wasted... Lesson Learned! Now my only hope is HP will replace it with a new product that has good sound, What a bummer.

The geek Squad support manager at the Yorba Linda store during the day is worthless. I would fire him if I was his boss. Crappy don’t care attitude about a customer. No leadership, poor managing skills!!!!!

I bought this HP tower because I love HP items. Within 2 days it was defective and unable to be fixed. Bought a new DELL.

Ever since I have bought this new computer I have taken it back 4 times, always to upgrade it because I can't find what I need!

I was told this computer and another one that I bought would be enough to run my front office. It clearly is not and is wayyyyy to slow. now I will have to spend more money to get a pc that will keep up

I had nothing but problems from day one. Too many to list.

USER MANUAL DOES NOT SHOW ANY PICTURES/SKETCHES FOR SETTING UP THE COMPUTER. THE AUDIO OUTPUT JACKS DO NOT WORK. HP TECHNICAL SUPPORT DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND AND NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE.

This computed claims to have 8 gigs ram but only has 5.91 installed I pointed it out to the store sales person and the manager and it is still for sale claiming to have 8 gigs of ram. Unbelievable.

My wife and I bought this for her father. Best computer he is ever owned. Extremely fast and reliable. 3 years after purchase and still has not had any issues
