Our computer died in the midst of the pandemic while I was working from home. We ordered this from the website and were able to pick it up the same-day and get it up and running that night, so I only missed one day of work. I've had no problems with it for over a month now and my family has been using it daily.

This desktop is screaming fast and a great tool for my kids. They use it for homework, research and online games - they've even streamed Netflix and Hulu when the adults are watching the big screen.

Much lighter in weight than my previous computer. Working well and no problems in using.

This computer has been able to handle everything from designing my dream home, handling thousands of pictures of family, and setting up for a home business. So far I have had no issues or complaints. I expect this computer will last several years before anything comes up that really needs attention.

I like the speed of the computer. However, I do not like the design of the email application. It is cumbersome to compose an email as the options are not shown on the page. You have to click on options to see them. I liked the way it was with the old Windows live mail. I know people have to adjust to new things but to me it in the format is not appealing. I know that the only other option is to purchase Office 365 but I guess that is the reason why this one is designed the way it is.

The computer is fast, reliable, and more than enough for all my needs.

I actually got this as an open box deal. This for me was a great deal. It runs well and the person only had it for 2 days before bringing it back because it wasn't what they were looking for. I use it as a work computer/leisure my husband has played games on it but nothing too major like smite.

Ben from the Geek squad did a fantastic job of transferring all my data from my old computer that had locked up. He first had to do magic to get it unlocked. This computer is much faster than my old on it's best day. I've purchased several computers over the years from Best Buy because of sales personnel knowledge and the Geek Squad installation.
