So far so good, like the speed I like having all the USB ports as well.

I purchased this CPU for my parents upgrade. The only issue I had is, now, Microsoft package has to be purchased every year. I wanted this to be downloaded at the store along with the virus protection but my sales agent talked me out of this and stated the "geek squad" can download everything at your residence. As I found out Microsoft took ~ 4 hours to download and the virus protection software took ~ 1 hour to complete. I know Best Buy stores have a heck of a lot faster download speed than the average homeowner. What should've been a 30 min. install took almost 3 hours of the geek sqaud's time. Please let the "geek squad" download any software at the store and save everyone the issues that may arise.

When looking for another computer, I found this desktop computer to best product out there for the price. Its just an great computer for the price and I would definitely recommend this computer!! (even recommended to my girlfriend and she bought one too!!!)

excellent PC for the money. I got sold on the solid state (no moving parts) at the store. Glad I went that route. I just use it for emails and banking mostly. I had been buying refurbished, but got to the point that I was having to replace it every year or so. Hoping this one lasts 5 years.

with all the new tech settings a great machine for reasonable money. adding many new highlighted divisions and smooth handling. the viewable screen is clear and crisp. this series of hp components seemingly are designed a notch better than the last along with windows 10 makes a great home operating item.

for anyone thats looking to get a taste of the PC master race, but don't have the funding for a top tier tower build. I'd give this a chance. You got some pretty decent power and graphics while also maintaining an above average processing speed. Im throughly enjoying it until I can build my own rig lol.

This is my 2nd PC I have owned and it definitely is a upgrade from a 2007 PC! It has everything I need and is pretty fast. Perfect for school/office work. If you are looking to get this for gaming, don’t because you need a better graphics card but other than that, no cons as of now.

Great deal on this HP computer! My old computer had Windows 7 on it. I also purchased this one from Best Buy. Now, I cannot believe how much faster, better software, and, the Geek Squad to help me out! And, 18 months with no interest!

I have been using this desktop computer for about a year with NO issues and NO problems. It works great for all of my needs which are surfing the internet, e-mails and drafting documents in microsoft word.

I purchased this for my 11 year old to play online games, homework, etc. and it has performed fantastically. It’s quick to startup, is fairly quiet, and handles online gaming like Roblox, Sims 4, Minecraft flawlessly.

The desktop is great and has more than enough memory for me going to school online as well as gaming. I did a lot of research which helped me when it came down to selecting this computer! I would highly recommend!

This computer has plenty of power for just about everything you would need to do with a home computer. The SSD drive starts quickly and gets you up and running in a matter of seconds. Plenty of USB ports on both the front and back. You won't be disappointed.

My new purchase seemed over whelming. Now not so much. Nice PC for a reasonable price. The ease of the new Windows is becoming more pleasant by the day. When I had any questions, I called the Geek squad and they answered and fixed my issue.

The only problem I see with this computer is the solid black front. I keep it under my desk and seeing the front to find the start button and then trying to find the flash drives is a bit difficult, but otherwise it is working well for me.

Nice machine for the price. It's not the fastest computer you can buy, but it's a great mid-range PC. For general use, office use, remote school, etc, it's great. The SSD really makes this machine fly. Don't ever buy a new computer without an SSD

I purchased this computer for my in-laws who were looking for an upgrade at a low price point. This has been a great computer for them. They primarily use if for internet and some word processing. They loved the price and it's plenty fast for their needs.

This is a good intermediate level computer. Fast with enough graphics to play medium games and multitask. No issues so far. It doesn't have a card reader. but those are cheap and more and more computers are coming out without readers or dvd drives.

I do have 1 complaint. The media player didn't work very well as compared to the 1 in my old computer. I had to buy a separate player in order to be able to play my CD's, rip them to the library, and drag and drop them onto a flash drive.

This computer has everything I needed. I updated my 2005 CPU to this model, and you can imagine the difference! The speed is lightening fast and has all the features I was looking for. I have several HP computers, and I am very happy with the brand.
