This appears to be a solid computer so far BUT there are two big caveats. 1.) The RAM is 12GB. But the AMD graphics will take a little over 2GB of that all for itself which means your actual RAM is closer to ~10GB. My system shows it at around 9.8 GB. 2.) The RealTek 802 Wireless Card is junk. Maybe its just my system, but despite a good wifi signal I cannot get more than a ~ 110 kb download speed. I would recommend connecting this machine through ethernet or buying a new PCI Wireless Card.

We had an old HP computer so it was simple to switch over and go. It was faster and smaller footprint but had larger hard drive and more RAM for an excellent price.

My son loves his new desktop. It's so good, I can't seem to get him to not want to on it, lol. It is fast and is working well for his games. I highly recommend.

Good if no plans to upgrade...cant upgrade anything on this little box...good and fast for an everyday user for work or streaming movies to bigscreen tv only

I like the device, but was a bit disappointed that some of my files didn’t get transferred from my old device. Contacts information is important! I doubt it was a problem with the new HP.

The computer works well for my wife and I , without breaking the bank . Very easy to use , screen Picture clarity is great , quality and value outstanding.

For a basic computer it does the trick. For gaming it sucks. Not enough internal ram and the image drive needs an update

Great product, the only downside was the disk drive does not function properly, fixed the problem with external disk drive

Really like that this runs so much cooler than my old one. Best Buy Geek Squad did an great job transferring everything from the old one to this one.

This is my second one, the first one i purchased stopped working within 2 weeks. HP and Nest Buy were great about replacing it. So i am starting over.

The AMD Ryzen is a compact and dependable solid state drive. Mine has served me well and the new one seems to be just as good as the old one. A-1!!

Just what we needed. Perfect replacement for our desktop that froze up. Just enough to do what we need.

Working really well!! I loaded Everything out of my computer into the drive and it seems to be working really really well

I didn't want a new computer but mine was window 7 and was told must get window 10 to be safe, The geek squad helped me and I feel better now,

Switched from laptop to desktop. Doesn’t come with a monitor, but I just plugged it into my old TV with an HDMI cord and it works great!
