The computer is fine but the Windows 10 is worthless. The games that I use need to start over and the Word Perfect that I use I had to get Office.

I got this for my child for Christmas. The only draw back for them is there isn't a microphone plug-in for what we can see. If anyone knows where it is let me know.

I probably would have given this a 4 and maybe even a 5-star rating. For my personal preference, I do not care for the USB port on the front of the case except the card reader port. But I guess for the price, one can not complain too much. I am just an average PC user, I thought I was getting a PC that ram upgradeable to 32GB. It was after when I wanted to increase my ram to 32GB, the geek squad told me 16GB was the max for this machine

So far this desktop has been great, I need a reliable, robust system and this has fit the bill perfectly.

Works good but the disc drive is hard to open and does not always open, but i have it set up and software loaded and set up so I don't want to send back

Great machine for standard home computing. Upgradable to 32gb of RAM, and very quiet with a fast boot time.

If I would have know how garbage the HP tech / Support department is I would have never bought 2 of these. They want you to pay for questions on things other than software they make. WHAT SOFTWARE DOES HP MAKE?! Also, this have no opportunity to upgrade (GPU, Power supply, etc) because of the HP's one off power supply connectors they installed. The thing can't even run Fortnite with any reasonable settings. This will be the last HP product in my home.
