12GB Memory and a 256GB Solid State Drive, makes it a fast start up, and it gets the job done. The only complaint I have is the DVDR Player is very flimsy, and hard to put a CD/DVD in it.

Excellent performance with my recent purchase of this item. I shouldn't have waited so long because many of friends have always told me I should go to Best Buy because they're the best. Their store name of Best Buy is true. They have great deals there.

Easy to connect & setup. The only thing I don't like about it is that it shuts down on its own after not using it for awhile then I have to log in again. Hopefully I will be able to change this in settings I am the only one who uses this computer & it is annoying to have to keep logging in all the time.

I normally only buy Intel based computers, but have not been able to find decent priced intel based computers with the latest 9th or 10th gen processors, so I decided to give this one a chance. It starts up fast, has plenty of Ram and has a nice slick appearance.

I bought this item to replace an office desktop that died. I usually build computers for the office, but, I found this one to have all of the features I needed and less than I could build it myself. It is fast and reliable. Great office computer.

Great for the games I play. Wish it had more.memory on it but it's not so expensive to get an external hd.. was kind of upset after around 2 weeks I found it for $100 cheaper at Costco but it's not the end of the world. Still love the pc

This is a really nice desktop unit, it is smaller and the weight is less. So glad to get rid of the heavier one I had before. It has worked really well and Ryzen stays up on their updates which really helps.

I had no idea how smoothly the Sims 3 & 4 could run, and Civilization games are also smooth to play. The machine handles other non-gaming tasks as expected. I’ve owned nothing but HP products for the last 30 years and this tower reinforces that decision.

Purchased this computer last night and everything works great.. except Bluetooth.. I produce music and I have a set of studio monitor speakers which I pair to my pc via Bluetooth. They work fine with my other pc and phone, but they WILL NOT stay connected for more than a second with this pc. They connect, and as soon as I close the window for connecting them, they disconnect. I have updated all of the Bluetooth drivers along with the driver for my speakers to no avail. I had to purchase additional accessories to hardwire the speakers to the PC. Other than that.. this seems like a quick and capable PC with ample storage. Just DO NOT PURCHASE if you plan to heavily use bluetooth devices with this machine as they likely will not work properly. I found tons of other people of forums with similar Bluetooth issues on this pc.

Does everything we need it to even some badic adobe It even allowed me to do some editing very quickly with my nero sweet. For most basic users this is more than enough computer and is very fast.

I bought this to replace an older computer. The difference is night and day in terms of speed. I enjoy not having to wait almost 2 minutes for the computer to boot up. There are numerous ports to connect your accessories. Great buy!

Bought this computer to replace a nine year old AMD based desktop. That computer never let me down and worked flawlessly for nine years. Hopeing for a similar experience with this box. So far no problems. Only three weeks since purchase.

If you don't want to build your own computer, then this is a great option for the more budget minded consumer. The performance is good, it can run programs that can be demanding on computer performance. It is a good option for a multitude of uses.

FAST seemless setup,Blazing fast boot up, quiet, smooth and powerful. Apps , internet load quickly and minimal waiting for pages to load. Great performance for the price. Best Ive had thus far. HP has it going on.

My son, who builds computers, told me that this would be a good computer for me. I don't do any gaming of any type. What I do is check out news sites, some local sites, recipe sites, personal interest sites, etc. I like how it starts up quickly and gets you where you need to go, quickly. I have not upgraded to a faster internet speed, it's this computer. I'm more than happy with this, for what I use it for and would highly recommend this brand, type to anyone looking for a new computer. Forgot to add that I watch movies, tv shows, etc. on this and it does a great job. Would buy this again.

Computer works great for my job and recording music. The SSD hard drive makes startup super quick. Obviously an audio interface is needed due to the stock onboard soundcard being meh, but that was to be expected. Great PC for the price.

Nothing super fancy here. 12GB memory is enough to not get bogged down, and with most operations in "the cloud" these days 256GB is plenty for SSD storage. Make sure to check that the included monitor ports will work with your existing hardware or you might have to run out and grab an adapter.
