The new HP desktop is fast, lightweight, more compact than my previous Dell desktop. My wife and I hope to get many years of reliable service from it.

The Ryzen 5 is extremely powerful for the price point. Use it as a server at work, as well as invoicing and internet surfing. Would definitely buy it again.

I bought this to replace a six year old Windows 10 computer that was showing it’s age. After some shopping around both online and in store I decided on this HP model. It’s has most of the features I was looking for at a very good price. Now as for complaints, I have two minor ones. First: no DVI output. I have an older monitor that lacks a HDMI port. This forces me to use the older analog connection between the computer and monitor. Second: no USB C. OK, this is nitpicking. At this price a lack of USB C is not a deal breaker. This small light weight tower has more than lived up to my expectations. If you’re looking to upgrade and you’re not looking for a gaming computer then you could do do worst than this little gem.

I replaced an older desktop. This one is extremely quiet and fast. I use it mainly for mail and surfing and it works quite well. For the price it fits my needs well.

These drives are still pretty expensive but my husband needs a desktop, laptops don't work for him. So far so good with it. Haven't tried cheaper brands, pretty much, so far stick with HP.

It's a good computer. Runs quickly and can handle multiple programs at once. Graphics aren't the best, but they are still pretty good. Handles my steam games well

If you’re looking for an all-rounder Desktop, then I probably would recommend this. I’ve owned this for a month now, and I experienced Little/no issues during that time. I say good all-rounder because I‘ve used This for photo-editing, web browsing, music streaming, and even gaming. The CPU and APU can handle newer games at decent quality with good frame-rate. However, the downsides to this was honestly the storage on this. It comes with a 256GB M.2 SSD, and for extra storage I bought a Seagate Barricuda 2TB HDD. The other downside is the PSU, which is only 180W iirc. (Sorry Gamers.) But in the end, I’ve used this a lot with no issues. It’s honestly a decent bang for buck PC and it’s just simply great for what I use it for.

Excellent value for the power delivered. Modest footprint easily accommodated in any setting. Extremely quick boot and shut down. Set up handled superbly by the Best Buy team providing clean transition from older device to the new.

Computer is very fast, which is what I was looking for. Operation is very smooth. Design of cabinet is very pleasing. Overall I am very pleased.

Does it’s job, great desktop for office/school work. Can also play lower end games pretty well, but that’s about it.

My son is a gamer and received this for christmas. We wanted a slightly better graphics card and sufficient RAM at an economical price. After much looking around we kept coming back to this. It's a good machine for the money and can easily be upgraded when we need more hard drive, RAM, or graphics. Also, works on some games for VR, but not well. Would recommend an upgraded graphics card for VR capabilities. It's really close though.

Quick and easy setup; wish they came with windows 10 pro but the upgrade was easily done. This computer is fast and windows open quickly

Had to buy a work computer during the COVID-19 pandemic. Start up when powering on is very quick! You may need a VGA cable and a monitor to connect to a second monitor. I managed to figure out a way to connect the second monitor through HDMI (will need to buy a Gray Rabbit VGA to HDMI VGA adapter sold by Alianus on Amazon). Overall, great computer to have at home to work remotely!

Let me tell you this desktop is killing a machine. It took only 4.4 sec to get on the main screen. Small but fast enough to get to the point.

Buy this if you need it for doing most things fast. This is a good pc and also is good at handling a couple games. Not that bad tho
