This is my first desktop in over 10 years and I love it! It is extremely fast and it’s extremely quiet. It’s lightweight and it doesn’t take up much space. It’s great for working from home, I would definitely recommend it to anyone that’s looking for a fast, reliable desktop!

Easy to use, much faster than the machine it replaced, but that was nine years old. Very quiet operation which I appreciate. Have had no problems with any of the activities we normally do. Did receive one warning message re the cooling fan not operating correctly. Shut it down and then restarted and no warnings since. The fan is operating, can hear it and feel air flow through the vents.

This is the first desktop I've owned since I worked for Gateway computers in 1998. Ever since then I've always had laptops, or a flagship phone. So, once I connected the power cord, I turned it on, just to make sure that everything was seated correctly. (Memory, processor, etc.) Well, except for the rear fan (which turned noiselessly) there was no other sign that the computer was even on! Complete silence! The tower 486/66 tower I had made in 1992 had 3 loud fans, 2 floppy drives, CD ROM, Hard drive, making such a racket that I thought it was broken! This system is excellent. For anyone on a budget of $500 to $600 - this is it. The Ryzen has a discreet video card right on the processor. (Which I didn't think was possible, since it's on the chip, it should, by it's very nature, be integrated video) Don't know why, but it works. High resolution, high color. Throw in the DVD RW, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4, USB 2 & 3, and a card reader, and it's a seriously sweet package. As I said, I worked at Gateway2000 computers since 1990, for 10 years, as a Sr. Marketing Manager, so I know computer systems fairly well. This is the first system I owned that I didn't build myself. I am very satisfied with this purchase. Fast computer at a good price. It is very durable. I like the idea of the solid state drive. Browser windows open fast regardless of which browser you are using. I expect this unit to last for many years. Solid investment and great financing terms.

This computer is surprisingly fast and gets alot done. However Hp has this thing living in bottleneck city when it comes to mid to heavy loads. And if you think updating spec will work. No but not as you think. Why? Because. The stupid company decided to make a motherboard that is hybrid and hard to really do to much too and named it erica 2! Seriously your updating ram and storage unless your a mad man. Otherwise Hp has everything locked and hidden away so that you can’t overclock and all that fun stuff. Best Buy should tell you this. Especially since the geek squad department holds these. But no. They just help Hp make the dream lol. Cool little pc but don’t expect too much beyond 1080 gaming in some titles and low frame times in heavy software. Otherwise enjoy

I am very pleased with my desktop tower. It was simple to get up and running and it is almost silent when running. For the types of things I do, this computer was a perfect selection. It is fast and has enough memory to deal with my hi-res photo editing for use with my laser.

I'd rate this as a intermediate level computer at a budget price. Start up is lightening fast, 12GB ram is more than sufficient for anything you could use this for and the graphics card is pretty impressive for an integrated card. The only real drawback is the relatively small hard drive. Personally, 256 GB is vastly more than I'll ever need, and I back up all my important files on an external anyway. This isn't a top notch gaming platform, but it certainly isn't priced to be. That said, it can run most titles reasonably well. Matched with a decent monitor and you will be very impressed with the performance to price ratio.

I'm an HP loyalist and, when my old desktop became inefficient, I looked for a replacement that would reliably let me do all my home business tasks (word processing; email; billing software) without breaking the bank. Out of the box, this one impressed me as fast and effective. I like that I can expand the 12GB of memory, if necessary, but it's handling all my programs easily as is. All of my connected devices (scanner, 2 printers, mouse, keyboard, and monitor) were set up like a breeze. For someone who is not a highly-skilled computer expert like me, this plug-and-play set up is easy. The AMD Ryzen processor is fast.

The PC is a great deal for the money. Best Buy had the best price on the web too! It's easy to set up, fast and my kid loves it. Wi-Fi is built in. I love that because i could put it anywhere and not have to run any cables in the wall or over the floor. Great for Fortnite too!

I was looking specifically for a SSD with AMD type processor. This 256GB SSD w/ 12 GB Memory Desktop was an easy setup and is proving to be a good system to date. There is no lag in processing. I have no complaints on this desktop. It also was a very competitive price.

I bought this for my 9-year-old for gaming and he loves it. The Ryzen 5 3400G with integrated Vega 11 graphics rocks! No need to spend $1000 on a gaming computer for a 9-year-old when you can get one of these on sale for $399.99.

Fast and powerful for my home computing needs. Replaced a three year old Dell that was giving me problems and was getting very slow. This was very easy to setup, and I have had no issues printing/scanning to/from my wireless desk jet printer.

HP pc is a very good product that I love because it comes with everything users need such as the HP assistant for any trouble shooting and checking of update for systems . New pc running fast, quiet and smooth !!

This HP has an AMD Ryzen 5 chip which is fine for my home needs. It boots up fast with the SSD (Solid State Drive) and the computer has ample storage with the 256 Gig Hard Drive. The Geek Squad included the Webroot anti-virus software and configured the desktop like Windows 7 per my request. This computer was on sale prior to Black Friday so I made the our purhase.

I was looking for a pc that was affordable and good for everything i do. I game, produce music, and i draw. It does all of these things perfectly. I do plan on upgrading by adding more ram and ssd. and black didnt fit my set up so i put painters tape over all of the outlets and vents and spray painted it white and pink. But honestly ive been running games at the highest graphic settings and they run like butter. A Godsend after dealing with my old laptop that couldnt even run the graphics at low settings without lagging in the end.

Not only is this desktop computer a great compact size, the memory also fits the tasks we use the computer for. It was a great price! Highly recommend!

I bought this machine to replace another Windows 10 machine that had been slowing down, and was operating erratically. This HP has more RAM, and a solid state hard drive which I didn't have on the other machine. That makes for almost instant response on turning the machine on and off, and makes for quieter operation. Also, this machine has an HDMI output port which my other machine did not, so I have been able to use this PC as a media center as well. I regularly stream to my TV with this machine. And, the setup was quick and easy to do. I am completely happy with this computer.

This desktop is small, light, super fast, and completely quiet. If you don't care about hardcore gaming, than this is the perfect computer for you. I would highly recommend this one.
