good, sleek home computer

They said that it would be easy to transfer all my documents and emails to the new computer. We said we were running Windows Live email and salesperson said the directions are easy to follow. Well, it turns out that Microsoft no longer supports Windows 7 so I lost all my email folders and had to transfer item by item my address book. I' m very disappointed that I was given false information at BestBuy.
