So far this computer has been a fantastic buy. Set up couldn’t be easier. The SSD is awesome. Super fast and super quiet. I’m not running any huge programs but the basic stuff I’m running is lightning fast and very smooth operation on this. It’s a great value and seems like a solid desktop.

Replaced a Dell with Windows 7. Great feature set, memory, Windows 10 and high tech SSD. Lots of bang for the buck on sale.

Chose this computer after much research as it out-performs more expensive Intel I5 and I7 seventh and eighth generation processors. Set up was a breeze and boot up is seconds. This is a very responsive rig. I'm not a game enthusiast, but I'm on the computer for hours every day. This is a great multi-tasking computer.

I've had this machine for about a month and no major problems. I had a couple of hiccups setting up some programs, but that's more on me than the machine. It's a basic desktop computer, it's a Hewlett-Packard and it's doing the job I bought it for. The price was right. If you're needing a machine for internet and e-mail, a little photo or video editing, and maybe some light gaming, you can't go wrong.

Performance for the price has been excellent. This PC has done wonders. After 10 years with a Compaq PC (most of you won't even remember that brand, it was an affordable version of HP) my mom decided it was time to replace her computer. 12 GB of RAM helps me run Zoom as Co-host and run a program that wirelessly turns my cellphone or tablet into a camera simultaneously without any hiccups. Files are downloaded and transferred at decent speeds, and the video card supports higher frame rates (I have a display that runs at 75 Hz and it's a breeze). Internet speeds supported by the network card are good, I can take full advantage of the speeds I'm paying for. Great PC, should be enough for most Zoom meetings and schoolwork assignments. AMD Ryzen processor means a lower price than a comparable Intel Core processor with sometimes better performance. Overall if a new PC is what you're looking for and don't need Thunderbolt 3, look for AMD as the processor.

This is my 4th or 5th HP computer. I've had excellent performance form all of them. It's a great home computer - but no camera. Not a problem for me, but I can add one if needed. There are other options I can use. With the chip shortage, and low inventories, I knew it was time to replace my still-working, 5 year old HP before it completely failed, and choices would be limited. It's fast and no problems so far!

Best computer to buy for a relative who just need to do homework and browsing , Perfect for movies ! Ryzen CPU and SSD makes it load any programs way faster than the hard drive build which is only a little bit cheaper. So it is worth getting this version. The ONLY problem is that you cannot easily upgrade your pc by adding a graphics card. Unless you buy a special 200$ power supply(On manufacturer's website)

I am pleasantly surprised with this machine. I bought it to replace another machine that died, and needed one quick because I'm working from home. I did upgrade Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Pro, and added a second SSD, and upgrades were painless. This is my first AMD based PC, and am very happy with it. It is a great value for the money.
