Customers commend this HP desktop for its excellent value and performance, particularly highlighting the ease of upgrading the RAM and the system's overall speed. However, some users express concerns regarding the limited power supply, which may restrict the addition of a high-performance graphics card, and the cooling system's adequacy. The BIOS's limited capabilities are also mentioned as a drawback by some customers.

Bought this for my dad. If you are buying this for gaming, I would build a computer. This has more than enough power for what he does and it boots superfast. what made me buy this was the ryzen 7 3700 thats basically in this thing. paid $450 for it so that was a good deal, full retail might not be.
took a star away because the mouse squeaks so bad, i had to replace it for him. besides that, solid build

This is a stellar performing machine! it was advertised as an entry level gaming computer, but is well into mid range. Amazing value! Get a 1T SSD to put into it!

The first Desktop I received kept kept randomly crashing and getting a "Harddrive could not be found error 3f0" error. After the exchange, the PC seems to be running well. I plan to upgrade the 8GB RAM to 16GB. Based on some benchmark reviews, this will give a significant performance boost even while ram isn't capped out.

Awesome tower. Great value. Easy to setup and the processor is quick. Can add more memory if needed. Have been buying HP products for decades. To date still making them right.

Great better than basic desktop. It has a great processor, and the RAM was easily upgraded. The main issue, however, was that the BIOS limits the amount of RAM that can be used for video processing to 512MB, so don't plan on playing any decent games on this. Using this APU on a different motherboard, you can allocate up to 2GB of RAM to the video, which makes a HUGE difference.

The machine is much more compact than my previous one. It's fast. The price was right. It will have the capabilities to do what I want it to. I am completely satisfied.

This computer has serious problems.
1) The APU is artificially limited to 512 meg of graphics ram by HP as opposed to 2 gigs on other APU's. This destroys gaming performance.
2) Locked bios prevents any type of changes to system such as APU ram allotment graphics size, or ram speeds.
3) Proprietary power connectors on motherboard prevent changing power supply out for one that can power a graphics card, And since the power supply is not ATX you could not fit one in anyways.
4) Video will not wake after computer has been asleep forcing a manual restart of windows(bad as it will corrupt windows)
5) NVE SSD m.2 slot is limited to 2X as opposed to 4X speeds. (Why? Just Why do this?)

It is OK computer for the price. Very cheaply made but works well. Good CPU and enough memory. I added another 16GB module. Plan to install faster and bigger NVME drive soon. Video is basic for current standards but I am not a gamer and therefore don't care.

You have just one more space for a hard drive or Sata SSD. It is not for heavy games, only basic, the power supply is not conditioned for a video card, but it is a 180w Gold. Linux very well supported with Kernel 5.8 or higher. I highly recommend it for the discounted price.

This one is super quiet and very fast for processing documents, opening web pages, and debugging code. It is not a gaming computer but can easily handle most of STEAM titles. The purchase price for the whole system was about $100 than the price for the processor alone
