high quality desk top system. lots of external ports for USB and HDMI connections. the system cam with 8GB of ram that was expandable to 32GB. I upgraded to the 32GB of ram, not because it need it, but because it was available to upgrade it.

This computer is good but has some flaws. There is too much bloatware and reliance on HP software services. Its expected but would rather not have to go through the process of un-installing useless software. But the cost was good so you get what you pay for.

Good PC for a good price. Too bad it doesn't come with a CD drive.

Bought this computer for work. Initially I had problems setting it up but once I got past that I love it. Works well so far with no issues. Bought it on sale for almost $300 off which definitely helped on the decision to purchase but knowing what I know now, it’s definitely worth the money.

Very quick, especially with a RAM upgrade (circa $70) HOWEVER, was surprised to discover (OK, I know, Caveat Emptor!) that it does not have a DVD drive and so had to purchase an external drive for around $25. Also, it does not have an SD card reader which my previous m/c had. Still, it is really a very high spec and cost under $600.

Purchased this desktop for my son for school since his chromebook didn’t have enough processing power to keep up with his online classes. After switching to this desktop, all his technology issues went away. The computer has all the processing speed he needs for online meetings and games.

Nice computer and can upgrade too. Has a fast SSD drive .

While my recent purchase of the HP tower, software, keyboard, and mouse went well, the service afterward was horrible. My wife spent 3 hours on the phone attempting to change her login password. After multiple transfers, disconnections, and failed promises, I question my expenditures with Best Buy of $1200 this last quarter.

We purchased this CPU to replace an old one we had. We needed the upgrade because COVID 19 made the option of virtual school a reality and we wanted to ensure our child could get all the information without technical glitches and this HP has been awesome.

So excited to give this to my grandmother for her Christmas gift. Have never had a problem with HP products and don’t envision starting now.

This desktop is perfect for my home office. It has excellent performance! The SSD makes this thing very fast - responds as soon as you click on something. This was exactly what I needed to work from home, and it’s available at a great price.

I bought this for my wife after her older computers power supply went out for the third time over the years. This thing works great and does everything she needs. She's not a gamer, but loves her crafting. Built in wifi is a plus.

I just purchased this desktop to replace a 6 year old one so I'm still getting used to it everything was switched over but can't find a lot of stuff. Still working on it. It will take time and frustration. But I will figure it out. I guess it is a good value for the price.

This computer does not have many extras; however, if you need this computer for just doing video-conferencing or just use it occassionally it is a great buy. I have had mine for over a month and I have had no difficulty.

I am very displeased with the salesperson. He sold me a computer that didn't have enough memory for what I told him I was going to do. I came back and talked to another guy. He said I would need another terra bite of memory. So I bought that and installed it. It still would not work. I brought it in to the store and they said that it needed to be formatted. So they kept it and did that. I got it home and it still would not work. So I took it in to the local Computer repair. They are installing a new bigger hard drive. I am VERY DISLEASED with your company.

Finally needed to update my PC after many many years. Why did I wait so long? Love the new HP desktop tower. Was fearing Windows 10, but am quickly growing accustomed to navigating around. The start up speed is so nice.
