Purchased this about a month ago, it has everything except cd drive.

So far so good. It is a computer and works like it is supposed to.

This is just okay, if you are looking for a workhorse station for work or multitasking, this may not be the one, however it depends on your personal needs. You could upgrade the video card, or opt for another model with an upgraded video card better than the Intel graphics this one has..

Very please with this item. However no CD ROM for the price.

Nice looking and a good upgrade from my 5-6 year old hp.

Haven't set this up yet due to COVID-19 as it was a gift for a family member and I haven't been able to visit them to set it up, so can't give a review yet, but when I do I'll change it. Hopefully it's as described!

looks good, works well but intermittently kinda acts up, especially when it updates....entire screen freezes up / screen wrings up, then it gets normal after awhile when restarts.

We purchased to have as a main area computer. After 1.5 weeks it would operate. Did not chance getting second one.

I returned this to get something with a stand alone graphics card and didn't have to spend much more money

The first star is because it turned on. The second star is because it DID open my programs (barely). But its garbage and can't keep up with literally any multi tasking, throw the whole pc away. A thorough disappointment for a graphic designer. And don't even THINK about running a game on it lol

I bought this then I have to return it due to its performance.

Doesn’t come with built in speaker and the blue tooth is wonky and gets confused when I have a speaker hooked up and switch between multiple applications

I’m not surprised that most people are satisfied with computer, however, for some reason, I just received it today and it enters bluescreen when I try to restart the computer. Also, for some reason, it takes forever to restart the computer. I was very hyped for this i7 pc, but so far, the worst computer I ever had.

I thought I was buying a computer with an internal CD Rom, I guessed wrong, there is a slot but I have to buy and install actual player

Upgraded the RAM 8 to 32 soon after purchase, runs 2 monitors and many applications simultaneously without issue. I laugh at having 6 YouTube videos playing at the same time, it's dumb yes, but the ability is cool. Finally, with an adapter I can (just need to buy it) run 4 monitors all with different information on screen. These sell for about $300-$400 nowadays, and they're well worth it. Plenty of computing power for most people.

U cant do much gaming bc it gets like 100 digrees.

Horrible, only 1 month and a half and It does not turn on, and the most terrible thing is it can no longer return it

Computer started randomly turning off after 2 months.

I just upgraded to an I7 9700 CPU that supports 128Gigs of ram but the machine will still not accept more than 32 Gigs. I did get a Samsung 1 tb ssd to work just fine. The integrated Graphics are okay, but I wanted to upgrade to something that would support UHD 4K. The power supply is limited to 180 watts, so that cannot happen. There are only two expansion slots. A PCIe, that I used to get USB 3.0 on the back side of the computer, and a PCIex16 that's it. The machine does not have the slots or Power Supply capacity to support performance upgrades. If you are just going to surf the net and run Office you will be hard pressed to do better that this desktop. If you are a gamer keep looking.
