As a Luddite, I am thus far very pleased with this tech marvel. It des not come with directions, really, but setting it up was easy - even for me - and with the help of the great and wonderful Geek Squad. But lack of directions does not help me in figuring out if the CD slot opens - which I have yet to figure out - or if I even have CD capability. I am pretty happy, nonetheless.

I LOVE IT - I had an all an one that failed after 4 years - I really only use my computer for email and bills and a few games and it is perfect-super fast = the only thing it does not have which I realized after - is a disk drive -so if you need a disk drive (CD/DVD) this would not make you happy.

For $350 this is a pretty sweet computer. I got this for my gf so she could learn GIS and this runs the program well enough for that. I'm pretty into pc's and have opened it up and his two slots for ram and I think I'll be upgrading it to 16 gb of ram instead of the 8gb it comes with. It has one slot for a gpu too and though its pretty barebones I think it really gets its job done well. It also has the extra cables inside for upgrading storage. Since it only has like 250 gb of ssd I think it'll be well worth it. With all those upgrades costing around $100 (ram and a 1tb mechanical drive) I still think $450 is really good for this build for someone who's not gaming and doing more work related stuff. I might even buy a used gpu and pop it in there for extra help rendering who knows. It's a great albeit barebones build all in all.

This little machine works like a charm. I'm not a super heavy user however, there are a number of tasks I perform daily and I've had no issues at all with this HP desktop. Super simple to hook up the little sucker and please know if a 76 year old female can do it ANY ONE can! I shop a lot before making this purchase and I'm glad this was my decision.

Works fine. No complaints. Plenty fast for me. Easy setup.

I’m so happy with this purchase I bought another one for my daughter. I love how light weight it is! And there are enough USB ports for anyone!

Our old desktop had Microsoft Vista and we were no longer able to get updates or protection from Norton. As I have an iPad and other devices, I didn’t need anything fancy. My daughter easily set up our email and internet without even contacting the cable company. We did buy a new monitor and it was compatible with my speakers. We were able to transfer a lot of data from our old computer via of an external hard drive. We downloaded the Microsoft Office program which is a yearly subscription and worth it. We also easily transferred our Norton anti virus to the new computer. The only thing the computer doesn’t have is a CD drive. It was not a big concern I don’t play games, watch movies or listen to recorded music on this computer. If you want a basic computer for internet and email, this is a good deal.

Needed a simple PC for my in laws to be able to surf the net and check emails. We didn't want to spend a ton of money and just wanted something basic and affordable. This fit the bill perfectly.

It is doing okay so far. No problems except for a scare when I put a flash drive for the first time. I got an error message about a problem with the drive. Called Geek Squad and the young lady helped out - it was not the computer! Thanks.

It’s easy to lift and very light. If you’re looking for something basic you’ll like it. The performance is very standard, I had no troubles with getting it started!

I purchased this pc as an open box item and the only issue so far (two months in) was the Geek tech’s profile was loaded on the computer as the administrator. I could not load any programs or make any administrative changes. I had to take it back to the store to have the profile cleared. Also the internal hard drive was extremely small. I asked a Geek tech if I could install a second hard drive. He said no. I opened it myself and identified at least two more hard drives can be installed. Other than that, so far so good,

Well so far so good. I am having a little trouble but try to figure it out move on and learn, I didn't get to this point at my age (80) by not trying. I love the fact that your tech., had the courage to work with an elder lady to walk me through the basics. I love it, It's a challenge and I'm willing to take it.

An excellent purchase. Very fast and easy to use The whole process of ordering, picking up and transferring files from old computer was seamless.

Great computer. Lighting fast starting up. Plenty of ram (8 gb) Very happy with it. Would highly recommend it. Plenty of USB ports and a HDMI port.

I bought this to replace an old laptop my mother had. Since she no longer travels she no longer needs the portability of a laptop. It's been years since I myself have had a laptop so I was a little concerned about setting this up. My worries were unfounded. Very simple set up and my 89 year old mother has no problem using it. I also specifically wanted something running Windows 10 without the "S" so she can run Quicken and other programs the "S" version would have prevented her from using. This totally fits the bill at an affordable price.

easy set up, good performance, meets my needs all at a good price. "no box" special but it appears like new and have had no issues.

Very nice computer for my needs. The ssd hard drive is extremely fast with the computer loading up in under a minute

Great computer but I was expecting it to have a cd drive which it doesn’t the sales member need to be more informing when dealing with female and older customers I looked at the display and seen a cd drawer and got home and one was there but not available for use
