Been using it every day since purchase date . Using it now. It does everything I need. I am extremely happy with it and I paid under $200. OS is Windows 10

Internally, laptop shut down after initially running for a few hours. Customer Service said the power adapter was broken. Offered to send a new one. I became wary of keeping the laptop. Returned it.

These computers are a great deal if you happen to get one that works but the hassle isn't worth the gamble in my opinion.

However after receiving, realized no Camera to use for zoom, and other qualities didn't live up to my expectations. Which is why I returned and purchased a different computer
