Great little computer especially for the price. Good graphics and processor speed

for the pricepoint I love this laptop!! fired up out of the box, connected effortlessly to the home network, found the printer and was up and running in about 10 minutes. Great value, somewhat smallish but that is to be expected with the 14" screen, I hooked up a larger monitor and use that for viewing. Might add extra ram but so far all is well!

Great computer for the price. Looking to replace an older laptop that was larger. We wanted something small that would be able to research on the internet and be used for typing and saving documents. This is a great size and really fast for what we needed to get done.

This laptop has been a great purchase. It works much better than the Samsung I had bought previously. I like that I can hook up an additional monitor to it as well. It runs smoothly, and I am glad the touchpad also comes with buttons to help me grab and move things, as well as to right or left click on things.

I was so excited to receive this computer until it would not charge. It has been less than two weeks and when trying to use this computer without it being plug it will not cut on. When using the computer while plug an error message pops up about the battery. This is super disappointing. I could not purchase an extended warranty but I am glad that this issue showed up before the 30 days. I will be returning this item and going for a new computer.

Reasonably priced laptop for specs. Keep in mind that it is refurbished, but the units we received were in good condition (no visible signs of wear or damage).

Bought refurbished in 2020. Worked great for 2 years. Then, it just wouldn't turn on again - no lights or anything. Had to buy a replacement battery for a out $40 from that site that has everything from A to Z... It works again. Might have been something we did to wreck the battery or something from it's past life. Who knows.

Nice but keyboard not backlit as advertised. One of the main reasons I ordered it.

It came in one piece and looked bran new, however after a month of using it the battery needed to be replaced and no longer holds a charge. I was able to game on it though. I have to buy a wireless mouse as well due to the laptop mouse pad randomly start acting up.

great laptop, exactly as advertised and works great. meets all the needs for the wife.

No issues with the laptop, very happy with the price and quality. Would recommend!

The volume is low and the fn keys are annoying to use and it’s pretty dull

Screen stopped working Christmas day. I have always loved HP but this left a bad taste for us. I bought 3 for grandkids and the other 2 the speakers stopped working 3 days after Christmas. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I felt since they were Refub from HP they would be good. Very disappointed

i purchased the laptop for work because i have a training in April and i was not using it but I decided to turn it on to be verified so i will be ready but it went to update and every since the update i was not able to used the taskbar.
