Nothing but a headache

Seems there is a virus:Win64/Expiro.DA!MTN attached to my Windows/System32 files. I cannot clean it, I cannot update Microsoft. I called the PlanITROI (warranty for recertified) and they have someone else's name and address attached to this PC and now I have to try and prove I bought it! Hours wastes so far to no avail.

HP refurbished laptop

This one, albeit "pre-owned," came in beautiful, as-new condition. Works perfectly, love the SSD hard drive and light-up keyboard. Will definitely buy more if I need more units for work.

Beware of Refurbish laptops
