I bought it recently .. in first one hour stop charging the laptop.

The lady & gentleman who helped me when I picked up the computer were fantastic. Thank them! I am still confused how some items listed on the ad don't appear to be there. It said there was a card reader but it appears to be "disabled"? There appears to be a webcam (it looks like a camera above the screen) but I haven't figured how to get it to work!? Everything else seems to be working well. Thanks again. Bruce

This wasn’t great. It said refurbished but was slow and had sticky keys. Definitely wasn’t in great shape. Ended up returning it and exchanging for a better one.

The laptop is good but there is no camera and it is a little bit slow browsing the net.

Great laptop for half price and came with a longer warranty than a new one.

My mother was looking for something compact to use after she retired. This was perfect for her for everyday use online shopping, emails & so on.

This is my first used/refurbished computer I've bought so I didn't really have any expectations for it. This came exactly as specified. The one i received was in very good shape. I am enjoying it and it is working as I needed it to do. The speed is good for the processor and memory configuration.

Good laptop for students, the desing is nice and looks very durable

This was the first time I bought a refurbished laptop and it has performed better than my expectations. Will definitely consider this again in the future. The price was right and delivery time was good (despite the Covid-19 restrictions).

Received the laptop on Tuesday and the A/c adapter was not working. Took it to the store next day but, the Geek squad unable to replace the A/c adapter. They want me to return the product and get a replacement from the website again. I didn't expect from the customer service.

I think that the HP elite is one that any professional will be happy to use any day and any time

This was a refurbished laptop and I'll never purchase another again. No good for multitasking, freezes when executing multiple programs.

Happy to find this at a time of need with not a lot of funds. Had issue with charger that Best Buy corrected with a huge discount.

Needed power and lots of memory. This laptop gives both for a fraction of the cost of new. I was Leary of refurbished but I am really pleased with this laptop. Looks and runs like a new one.

Bought this for one of my students. East set-up, even synced with the Microsoft site to update windows with no trouble. Excellent value.

This laptop is still working very smoothly and I love this touch screen.

I had this for about three weeks & ended up returning it for a refund & bought a new pc for the same price! It stopped running outlook, everything would run slow or stop responding.
