    Awful. Tried 2 different refurbished laptops, same brand, and neither worked. Second one was all scratched and case broken. The Best Buy manager told me, "You do know you bought a refurbed one, right? We don't actually expect those to work." And... goodbye Best Buy. Way to sell a quality product you believe in.

    Not what I ordered, haven't used. Number keys were on the right side of keyboard when I ordered. I received number keys on the top of keyboard
