Product description (imho) did not clearly specify that this was a refurbished laptop.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Whent online to buy this laptop. When I have received the item it was refurbish. No where on the website did the box say it was refurbish or on my receipt that I received email infact on the website it said NEW in yellow text. Upon returning the laptop the lady who was helping us showed me that on the app it says refurbish, so I am very angry why not have on the website say refurbish. I left mad and didn't feel any customer service was done.

Great Laptop
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I searched for about 3 days looking at different laptop from various sites, and i was reading and watching alot of reviews on this laptop, so i decided after 3 days to buy it, and i am extremely happy with it, i first seen the brand new one for over $800, then i seen the refurbished for about $750 so i went with the refurbished. received this laptop packaged up very well and is like in new condition.
I would recommend this to a friend
