My HP laptop "died" after having had it for many years. (I got my money's worth out of it!) I obviously wanted to purchase another HP product. Although I was initially looking at a lower priced model of HP laptop, the very knowledgeable employee asked me what I was going to use it for. When I told her that I was a student in a doctoral program, she suggested the Envy, which had many more useful features that the first device. I am very happy that I chose the model recommended to me. She did not pressure me in the least, but took the time to explain why the Envy was a better choice for my needs. I am in love with the Backlot keyboard, and the much higher quality Webcam and audio system - as i have classes that are on Zoom, not in person. Thank you!!

This is a great computer for working at home! The display is beautiful. I was in analysis paralysis on this versus another computer since April. Finally made the decision and had this laptop delivered. Once received, I had this up and running in 20 minutes. This can be easily connected to an even larger TV monitor by an HDMI cable. It's super fast and no fan noise. The built-in camera looks great and has a lock out button. So far, I am very happy with this purchase and know I made the right decision. For audiophiles, use the built-in Bang & Olufsen audio controls to improve sound quality.

I bought this computer for it's screen size and price. I normally use dual screens for work but am able to more efficiently use this larger screen when I travel and do not have access to the dual screens.

If you want more speed this one is great! I never wait for anything to load. Love the lit keyboard. Touch screen works great. Finger touch locking is nice also. Screen size really makes a difference when watching movies.

It’s an excellent computer for doing the at home school work this year. It’s fast and with the touch screen it makes his school work a lot easier. Very happy with the choice. Would and will highly recommend.

The computer was easy to set up and load all my programs. It is easy to use and has the speed I desire in a computer. I am quite happy with the purchase. It has been easy to teach my wife to use this one.

We love these computers, however a week after we purchased them, they went on sale for several hundred dollars off. I spoke with a Geek Squad rep and he gave me the system requirements that we would need for our personal needs. This computer fills all of our needs. I would highly recommend this computer for anyone needing a large screen and the 10th Gen of Intel Core i7.

This unit is just what I needed for travel. It has the screen size, speed, storage space and dependability for everyday use. Just pick it up and go! Still exploring the features, but so far it is a great buy.

Ran well right out of the box. Simple to follow the setup and run the system. Well worth the price. I bought it for my wife and she loves it. Very quick responses. I highly recommend for anyone! Paul Lewis

I was looking for a computer with good performance and a solid state drive that wouldn’t break the bank and this one definitely fit the bill. It was a great deal and has totally met my expectations.

Great bright screen, big bold keys on bright 3 position Backlit keyboard, touchscreen, webcam kill button, mute mic button and finger print reader are highlights. Wish it had ethernet(which I rarely use) and DVD, which we know is disappearing in 2020 so that's Ok. My only complaint is it has nothing to complain about. Very fast and I envision upgrading ram from 12gb to 32gb and maybe even 64gb in years to come. Happy I got this and I'm never happy. Minor thing is warranty shows 10.5 months instead of 12 full but working on that with HP.

This computer is great. Is fast, love the larger screen. The key board is different so helps with hands getting tired. Is heavy so if want to carry it a lot might want to look at something smaller.

Love this computer. Have to get use to the touch screen as I accidently tap it occasionally when pointing to the screen. Speed is good but have terrible wifi where I am staying.

Had it 3 weeks now. Bought to replace ancient desktop I had. So far live the speed, functionality, style, screen size but am learning Windows 10 which so far I find iffy.

I was told the laptop on the display was the last one the store had and there would be no more coming. I asked if I could buy that one and they said, "Why not?" I got a great deal on it and, compared to my old Best Buy HP Pavillion desktop, this thing is lightning fast - a whole new world! Considering it was a display model there was visibly no wear whatsoever. Getting used to the new technology will take some time for an old guy like me but I'll get there. I was particularly impressed with the Geek Squad store helpers. They were relatable, courteous, and new what I needed. A piece 'o' cake!

I really love this computer and it has lived up to my expectations. It's an upgrade from an older laptop so the features are an improvement, especially the speed, larger screen size, and touchscreen. My only complaint is the touchpad is wonky, but I will either get better at using it or get used to it. I haven't gotten nearly the time out of the battery as was advertised, but that isn't unusual. The design is beautiful, elegant. The fingerprint access works flawlessly and is far easier than typing a password.

I have very little knowledge around computers. Use only for on line trading. Find HP, easy to use and fast. Happy with purchase. Live Geek Squad fir my many questions.

Big is good. The screen quality is very good, and being touchscreen makes it easier to operate. When comparing speed and storage this computer is excellent for the price.

Love my new laptop computer. Widest screen I have ever had in a laptop. I have not found anything that I want to do that I can’t accomplish with this laptop!
