I LOVE my new HP Envy. Not only is it sleek and stylish, but it has so much to offer. My video calls for work have had high quality sound and video. I can do many things at once without a slow to speed. It was a great price for all that it does and I have been extremely pleased with my purchase.

Great so far, it’s a lot of laptop, it’s heavy,my shoulder has gotten bigger.

So far all goes good. This one does have a CD/DVD drive which alot of computer dont. Its light weight and the color on the desktop is so bright and bold, pictures are just beautiful.

After the Geek Squad set up the computer and showed me a few shortcuts, I brought it home and plugged the computer in and started to find out how to use Windows 10. I had always used Windows 7 before, it was a easy transition.

this is my third HP and second Envy. nothing but good things to say about it. I dont do gaming or anything like that but great work laptop and good video quality for movies and Bang & Olufsen sound is great for laptop speaker

I like the laptop but not the Bing pop up that comes up upon every start up and I can’t find a way in set up to turn it off. I’ve purchased a lot of HP computers over the years and feel they are very high quality. The only thing I wish I had paid more attention to is the hard drive size. Once I move everything from my old laptop to this new one it will be near its capacity.

Fast and with an excellent monitor for use in my design work.

Have had no problems so far, easy to setup, easy to use; not too big.

I really love this laptop, Im on it right now. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because the speakers go in and out daily, sometimes they will play normally and other times at 30% and its hard to watch movies or videos on it. everything else about it is perfect.

I needed to get a laptop because of COVID19. My son went with me because I had no idea what to get. The rep at BB helped us and he was extremely knowledgeable. We have purchased all of our electronics from BB and we have always been pleased and will continue you in the future.

Fast laptop. Boots up from shut down easily in under 30secs. However, the speakers sound like a whisper at full volume - ¡no bueno!

The screen size adds to the entertainment experience.

I actually returned this computer. If you still want a CD drive in your computer and a large computer screen for a good price, this isn't bad. I did not like the sound and nothing I did to it made the sound better on this machine. Perhaps I got a clunker. I ended up purchasing a HP spectre 360 and even though I don't have all the USB ports I'd like and no built in CD drive, I'm happier with the spectre 360. This machine seems like old technology, however, some people still want a built in CD drive and a ton of USB ports. I also did not like 12 GB of RAM. My first HP 10 years ago had 16 GB of RAM. I think it all depends on what your needs are. I would not recommend this, since it's easy to get a hub for your needs and I have not missed the built in CD drive, nor the bulk of a computer like this.

I finally upgraded after about 9 years with my old Toshiba Satellite and couldn't be happier. Easy to set up, really like windows 10 and it is fast even with my satellite internet provider who is not that great. Like the fact it still has a dvd drive too. Love my new HP!

I purchased this computer to replace another HP Envy that I bought refurbished last year. Unfortunately, the motherboard went on that one and the estimate to replace it was $750. I just loved the way that the computer worked and looked. Hoping this motherboard lasts longer.

Our Senior Account Manager needed a new laptop as she was having our Customer Service Manager use her old Envy. She loved the old Envy, but she LOVES this new version. Loads of thanks from her. I wish I had one!!!

I have enjoyed my new computer very much. It will carry me into my retirement. The screen is remarkably clear and bright. I will love telling others about my new computer. Thank you to Best Buy and the Geek Squad for making it so easy to transition to my ne HP.

You will get your money’s worth with this computer. Apart from having a sleek look, it is fast and user friendly. The features are endless and modern. I like the flexibility of touchscreen and manual use.
