We love this laptop. The screen clarity is amazing. Great speed, crystal clear screen, easy to navigate. Love the touch screen.

I purchased this machine the day before our state when into lockdown due to COVID-19 so I would be able to work from home. I did zero research and purchased the one and only 17" laptop Best Buy had in stock that day. I very much like it. I don't know all of the special features it includes. I recently found that it has a touch screen. LOL But it has been running very well. I really like it.

Glad we went with the larger screen size. Need to get use to the touch screen. Keyboard is a nice size. Very fast.

This is a great laptop so far. I've had it a few weeks and love the larger screen. Images are clear. Speed is fast.

all, this was a great laptop 18 months ago. there are some serious serious hinge issues you need to research / look into before deciding on this machine. for 18 months, it was brilliant - did everything i wanted and then some. recently, the hinge near power supply is coming apart due to plastic / pvc / composite material separating from brass screws. repairs of this nature @ 450 bucks. decide accordingly....

It was time to replace a older HP laptop only because Windows 7 is gone. Also I still like a Optical drive, not many out there unless you buy a separate external one. This HP-Envy has lots of power, storage and speed. Best Buy Geek Squad took care of all transferring data to new computer. Darker lettering on keys might have been better than the lighted key board. Depending on room lighting sometimes it is hard to see keys. Yes I would still recommend this product.

This is a great laptop computer. The screen is a little big, but that is what I wanted. It is very easy to view and I wanted a keypad on my computer. It does everything I need a computer to do and very fast. I would recommend this to anyone for sure. It is lightweight, so it is easy to carry around anywhere. I am very pleased with this purchase and I would consider another HP laptop if I ever need another one.

Was a replacement for another HP that finally gave out. This one is really fast and so far works well. Have only had for a couple of weeks and will update if disappoints down the road. Doesn't have the same capacity as my old one but trade off was SSD which is much faster and quieter. Bought an external hard drive to store photos, videos etc which is probably a better place than on my laptop anyway. Screen is crisp and clear. Would recommend.

Great picture quality and speedy response and boot up!! If you get this laptop and your camera doesn't work, there a switch on the side to turn it on and off, it's not broke. I had my other HP almost 9 years I hope this one lasts as long. Also the fan is very quite compared to other laptops I've had. So far AWESOME I hope it stays that way only time will tell

Computer is fast, works great. I would recommend it for anyone that wants a fast, great working laptop.

Very nice an does everyday computer stuff quickly. Nice performance and beautiful screen.

The lap top is a very nice piece of equipment! It is just a little above my ability. I am learning it bit by bit and I like what I have learned. I would love to have access to a user manual and all I have been able to find is a user guide and that provides no help for telling me what’s what and how to use it. I still like the laptop. The HP - Envy 17.3" Touch-Screen is a great laptop. The large screen is perfect for working on spreadsheets or just keeping multiple tabs opened when surfing the internet. The lighted silver keyboard is nice in dim light but, it can be difficult too see the numbers when a bright overhead lamp is turned on. Overall, it was a great purchase.

I wanted speed, and I got it. I use this to do karaoke shows. I put my library on a 2 TB SSD drive to keep everything fast. it works great. I may put in a 4 TB SSD internal drive once the warranty has expired. That way, I can run everything from the laptop with no external. As is, I am very pleased with this laptop. I went to look at them again today and this was $200 more than what I paid. It was a great deal. My wife loves it, too.

Enjoy the appearance and bright finish that far outshines the black plastic keyboard surround of my old computer. Really enjoy the 17.3 inch screen for daily reviewing stock charts that are more difficult to see on smaller screens. Overall performance seems to be excellent and it has worked perfectly once charged and out of the box. I have already recommended HP to my daughter who is looking for a replacement computer.

My laptop was out dated so I switch to this one with update feature n performance. Love the touch screen feature
