The speed, functionality and smooth operation of this laptop bring a smile to my face each time I use it. Great battery life, the touch screen is cool, and the mike and speaker system make zoom conferences a snap. It is also faster than my desktop system, which is rare in my past experience.

Happy with the performance of the laptop, since my last one needed repair within a year. Only drawback is the noise level of the pad when you use it to click on something. When you have to click on many items in a short time span, the noise of every click can get annoying.

I purchased this laptop after months of reviewing and buying other laptops (yes I bought two others and returned two others) I absolutely love the ease of use and large screen for all my crafting projects and work related projects

I love this laptop. It is big, beautiful, and fast. I do wish the memory was more than 12GB, but still this is a huge upgrade from my 2012 15 inch Mac. No turning back from HP. I added a black keyboard skin so I can see the keys so much better. I recommend this laptop.

Would have been 5 stars if the keys were more visible. They're the same silver as the laptop itself making it very difficult for someone with my vision to read. Other than that, an excellent computer, large screen, light weight, fast, and plenty of memory. A little pricey but still Strongly recommend over their competitors.

The large screen size is great for better viewing when looking online. Very useful for schoolwork. The large screen size makes it more difficult to find a bag it fits in, but they can be found. Overall a great product.

This laptop is second to none. I am a lifetime HP user and this is by far the best HP laptop that I have ever owned. The touch screen is so accurate and fast. It has so many features that makes it so exciting to navigate. I love !! It is one of my best purchases from Bestbuy.

wishing I would have had my military discount with buying my items. But so far I'm liking this, I like that it has a way that I can put a movie disk in it. I like the touch screen. It has been a little touchy seems like, but the more I use it the better it's being.

I have had this laptop for 2 months now and beyond a couple of little hiccups, it has been wonderful! The size is huge compared to what I have had previously. I do wish that it had come with Microsoft products, instead of having to get them separately. With the price of laptops, especially this one, it should have been included.

Just love my laptop. At first thought it would be to big but I’m glad I got it because it is just perfect. It’s great with design programs. You might find it too large if you travel. But if it’s going to stay home for the most part then it’s great.

Needed to replace my laptop as it was several years old. Running very slow and unreliable. I purchased this HP Envy after speaking with a sales associate. We talked about how I used my laptop and he recommended this brand & model. Really enjoy my new laptop.

I am not a computer person, but I was able to download what I needed to work from home. As soon as I figure out how to do a couple more things, I am going to be in love with this laptop. I wish I could find a computer sleeve that fits, not a backpack.

Nice packaging and very light weight compared to my previous laptop. Computer quickly executes all programs and associated tasks.

The computer is very lightweight for the size that it is, very fast, and responsive in mobile computing. Very good battery life and screen is great for off viewing angles too. Excellent price point in execution of the packaging as a whole unit.

I bought 2 HP Touchscreen laptops-one for my son who is in college and one for my husband. They can't stop telling me how much they love them. They like the ease and convenience of the touchscreen and the speed. I was elated to get them on sale!!

Like a lot of other reviewers I love this laptop BUT in some lighting situations [mainly bright daylight] the keyboard is really hard to see Ifind myself tilting the screen over the keyboard to create shadow in order to type. I know it has something to do with the backlighting but I can not figure it out????

Excellent computer ,way more power and storage than I would ever near-perfect for the long term buy. Giant,crystal clear screen (that is a touch screen at that) and good quality speakers 4 USB ports and holds its battery charge for a while too.

I was lost when my computer crashed. I don't know much about computers but this is a newer version of my last one - only a lot faster. I love the 17'5 inch screen but have not yet learned the advantage of the touch screen -- but that will come!

This is my second HP Envy with the big screen. I loved the first one and I love the updates on my new one. It is very fast, the screen is very clear, touch screen. I know they aren't used much, but I like having a CD player when I need one.

I am old school so i wanted a Computer with build in DVD player and large screen, and not concerned about weight, wanted beautiful screen which is what i got... need to see patients in 1080p with clarity and this is perfect! Sound is great, too, but like any laptop you would want external speakers..
