The HP is great. The screen is large and I can see very clearly. My only dislike is that it times out and we have to enter a PW to get back in. We have not been able to de-activate that feature.

This laptop was my only choice as I wanted one with a screen big enough to be a desktop.. The system and graphics are amazing along with the touchscreen capability.. I don't know how I lived without it! My only issue is that I can type as I work on a computer all day long and this laptops keyboard feels a bit cheap compared to all the bells and whistles that is part of this laptop. I constantly need to go back and edit things that I type because it didn't register when I hit the button the first time.. I find myself having to hammer at the keys to make sure it types everything I want and I know that can't be good for the keyboard. If you could come up with a way to increase keyboard sensitivity or make it more receptive to typing, it would be great and I would give this 5 stars. But because of the keyboard issue, I give it a 4 because a keyboard is somewhat essential to a computer...

HP Envy 17inch Touch screen laptop. in a word, worth every cent! Seriously, bought this to replace a older broken laptop and just everything about it is great, the sound, the graphics, running games for a few hours it does NOT get hot, touch screen if you like that, but can be turned off or used in a tablet mode which are nice options to have the bluetooth works great if your looking for a gaming pc with features on a budget, this is the one to get!

Bought this for my son. It was a fraction of the cost of a name brand gaming laptop but just as capable. He's very happy with his new computer.

I really love this laptop. The lighted keyboard is so nice and helpful! Wanted a big screen. This laptop is a little heavier but worth the additional weight. Also, love the design and casing.

After weeks of doing research on this laptop and watching the price go up and down, I finally bought one. It is EVERYTHING Best Buy describes and more. It does have one flaw. The HP video driver keeps crashing even after several reinstalls of the driver. I have to take it to the Geek Squad to check it out. Other than that, it's a great computer.

For the specs thet you receive on this laptop, the price is completely fair. I've upgraded from a previous hp hotel which had a worse graphics card and wireless card. This is a great laptop!

Love this computer! It's fast and has lots of storage. The facial recognition is an added security feature that I like. Would recommend for all but maybe the gaming crowd.

When Windows 10 corrupted my HP laptop that was 4 years old, I decided to upgrade to the HP - Envy 17.3 Touch-Screen Laptop. This laptop had everything I was looking for ...Intel Core i7....16GB Memory...1TB Hard Drive, CD/DVD, HDMI port, 4 sub ports, SD card port, headphone port, touch screen, back lit keyboard and 1080p. The handsome finish around the keyboard is easy to keep clean, but I'm having to get used to my fingerprints on the screen and cleaning my screen more often. It processes my complicated Excel sheets quickly and I'm glad I was forced to make the upgrade as this HP processes everything fast. It seems HP has also upgraded their wireless system and I do not lose wireless connectivity as I used to with my old HP. I upgraded office to 2016 at the same time, so there is a short learning curve from Office 2010, but the HP handles it all with no hiccups. I recommend this laptop to any business owner who needs a workhorse laptop, but has all of the extra features you could need.

Haven't used it much, but so far I like the touch screen feature. Lot of power for what I need in a pc.

Met my needs for a laptop that can double as a desktop replacement. Wonderfully crisp display, plenty of ram and disk storage. Touch screen a nice finish.

Very happy with product. Getting used to the touch screen with the capability to increase or decrease image size, it's very sensitive.

I wanted this lap top because of the 17 inch screen - it's fast, has many features that make it fun and easy to use. The screen display is excellent, and Windows 10 was easy to learn.

Laptop is very functional with the 17 inch touch screen, Windows 10 works great, now that I have upgraded with to this computer. This laptop has great battery life(I can stream live TV for up to 5 hours on one charge). Sound quality is excellent with the built Bang Olufsen equalizer. This laptop is great for streaming video, music, and gaming. The Real Sense 3D camera is amazing and fun to play with, can't wait for more apps and games that utilize it. Over all one powerful computed for the money, I would recommend this laptop to anyone that wants a laptop that can replace there desktop and gives you a lot of functions you get on a tablet.

i've always had hp computer products, and this one, as well, does not disappoint.. fast.. windows 10 is awesome, beautiful machine
