I would recommend this to my friends. The touch screen is awesome just takes some getting used to.

I originally purchased a laptop from Bestbuy by a different manufacturer. It ended up being "a lemon." I had the Geek Squad representative (that helped me countless times with my "lemon") help me build a fantastic computer. We took the 1T hard drive out of this computer and replaced it with a solid state drive. I saved the hard drive in a sleeve, converting it to an external hard drive. This computer is so fast it isn't even funny. It takes 15 seconds or less to do anything I want it to. The screen is large, and the colors are sharp. It isn't too heavy, despite the fact that it is huge. The battery comes off, making it easy to change or do a hard reboot if needed (I haven't needed to). I couldn't be happier with this purchase. And, I am so happy I didn't end up being stuck with that "lemon."

This was an upgrade from my last laptop, another HP Envy. Having a dedicated graphics card is what drew me to this. I will say that the audio is a little disappointing after coming from a unit that had Beats audio. Other than that it is a great pickup for my needs.

Purchased new HP 17" laptop because Microsoft was not going to support windows 8 anymore so upgraded to windows 10. With the new windows 10, I don't like as much as Windows 8. I never had a problem with Windows 8 operating system. But you have to change sometimes. Like all things new, I'll get used to it soon!!! The HP laptop is GREAT, no problems with it from Best Buy.

I like the new suitcase, but it is heavy to pick up even when empty. The 4 wheels seem to be a little sluggish.

I like the size of the screen and the quickness of the response.

Highly recommended, laptop, tablet, all in one with the last chip, large sized screen that doesn't make a docking station a requirement!

Love this computer. Fast, large screen, easy to navigate. Start up does take about an hour and a half for the first time, but after the other start ups are quick. I DJ and have a large amount of music on the computer. The memory is large and does not slow down the process.

This computer is nice. It has all the speed and quality that I love from HP. Still adjusting to windows 10.

Easy to use. Processor is quick and efficient. The touch screen makes it easier to access programs without having to tap the touch pad.

So far it has exceeded our expectations. The touchscreen and 3D camera are awesome features.

I purchased different laptop previously and exchanged it for this one, bigger screen. I also love Windows 10 as well. the keyboard has a great feel and ease of use. it has all the options I was looking for any many many more. the geek squad protection is awesome as well.

This HP laptop is very nice and I am, for the most part, happy with it. I do have a problem, though. Every once in a while the screen will freeze momentarily and then I get a pop-up window that says, "Display driver has stopped working but has successfully recovered." I have called HP tech service 3 times to get this glitch fixed with no luck. Other than that intermittent problem (which I believe will eventually be resolved) it is a fine computer.

I love the big screen, its almost as good as sitting at the desk top. The touch screen is so easy. I fell like I have a winner here!

This laptop is great for a work/school from home computer! I am able to keep up with my assignments as well as have plenty of overhead for a few games while I'm at it! Has been a lifesaver over the last month! Decent specs the i7 and 16Gb of RAM are impressive and the 1 Tb hdd is great for space! Not to mention a touch screen to boot!

Wife had a old win7 Hp laptop. Six years old and it was getting real hot, to Hot to rest on your legs. So we were in Best Buy (Springfield) looking for a upgrade. This laptop was all that she wanted, 17.3" touch screen, fast CPU(i7 intel), 16 gb Ram, 1tb HDD. She even loved the MS Hello face recognition Login. We would recommend it!

Great laptop at a great price! Plenty of working power for multitasking and complex programs with intense graphics. What a find!

Love my new laptop! Lots of memory and the back lite for the keys makes things easier in a dark area.
