Great computer. A little to big and heavy for every day travel.

My husband loves to play card games and do the vey minimum on this laptop. He loves it. He really enjoys having a large screen.

This is my third computer (due to replacements) that I've gone through. When I first booted up the computer I had no immediate issues - everything was working fine. However, once I put it into sleep/hibernate mode I noticed when I turned it back on that it SAID my wifi was connected, but when I tried connecting to the internet - it said there was no connection. I was told it may be an update problem that can be solved with a type of HDMI cord, but have since not tried it and just settled on the solution of putting it on airplane mode for a second before turning airplane mode back off, which fixes the connectivity temporarily - until next time I sleep/hibernate the computer. Despite this it is a good product, I probably just got two faulty models in a row. I would recommend it to a friend for sure.

The laptop is easy to use - user friendly. The speed and storage of the laptop is great. I am able to access the internet quickly, retrieve emails and documents rapidly, and work on my photographs with photo shop

This is a great laptop. It's fast and has pretty good battery life. I use it daily for school work and editing GoPro videos.

I love the computer. The graphics are wonderful however why is the DvD player not readily accessible as in the older machines. I find this aspect rather awkward.I believe a few of the bugs are due to Windows 10 rather than the computer itself. I would recommend this computer to others.

This computer is very fast & advanced. Easy to use, great picture quality & sound. I am very satisfied with purchase so far.

I owned two VIAO laptops, the first I thought was the greatest and the second was a disappointment cpu ran hot and the fan was too noisy...This HP replaced the noisy one. So far so good, it's sleek in design, Win10 boots up fast and shuts down fast, and it's sooo quiet compared to my noisy VIAO with HP CoolSense! HP may have converted me to be a loyal customer in the long run, we shall see...

This computer is really awesome. It is just too bad that they put a slow hard disk in it. I replaced it with a 1tb SSD and it is a speedster. I only recommend this laptop if you are willing to put in a faster drive.

Needed to replace my old laptop and came across this deal. Best Buy offered this model as one of their deals of day. To get an I-7 with 16GB of RAM and a TB of storage at this price is unbeatable. With 2GB Nvidia Geforce video card on board is great for gaming. I have had nothing but fun with this laptop….Super fast.

I purchased this laptop for my job. I work from home and this laptop fit perfectly on my desk. Very fast, great laptop.

This is the best laptop I've had so far but it's a little on the heavy side so if you are looking for lighter please go smaller. If you like the number key pad and the larger screen area like me this is for you 100%! No issues and love the touch screen feature as well.

Purchased for a client for work and home. Uses for documents for work, but does a lot of music and mixing for home use. System performs well and the touch screen is great when sifting through music fast. Increased memory after purchase, system has no issues doing anything.

Still Slower than i thought. But a fun computer with the touchscreen and mouse capabilities

I love this computer. It is fast and easy to operate. The backlit keyboard is awesome. It was easy to set up and get going right away. There was a bit of a learning curve going from Windows 7 to Windows 10 but was glad to do so for the challenge.

I purchased this laptop for my husband for Christmas. He wanted a laptop with a large touch screen. I read many reviews and researched the product. This appeared to be the best product for him for work. So far the Wi-Fi is extremely unstable. The rest of our computers in the house run perfectly. I followed the instructions and made sure the airplane mode was turned off. The wifi works for a moment and then goes to week signal and then eventually wifi turns off. I also installed a student version of Microsoft office. The laptop would not allow me to register my version using the product ID key prompt so I install it from CDs. After a successful install, every time I try to use the Microsoft icon to open Microsoft, I am asked if I want to purchase or use a trial version. My husband has not been able to use the laptop yet as the Wi-Fi is not working and the Microsoft products are difficult to open. So far I'm not too happy with the product. I will update my review after I visit Best Buy to see if issues can be easily resolved.

This one has most everything I need and more. I like my first experience with Windows 10.

I only will be more happy if the battery last more.... but everything else is very good.
