Great laptop, except an iasue with the touch pad, fails to retain personalized settings. That is not a reflection of the quality and build. It is a software glitch. Have to live with it for now, till they come out with a driver update or fix the glitch. Good price, solid and sturdy.

I am very happy with the laptop. It does everything you would expect from a laptop. I was a little worried about going with another HP after my last one quit after 3 years. So far I have had no issues with this one. I guess we will see if I say the same thing in 3 years.

So far this computer has given me the speed and features that I wanted in a new computer.

It has a nice big screen with great sound! It plays some games (Starcarft II, WoW, Diablo III). Have not tried out the current games yet but we shall see! It's worth the buy, it also has touch screen so when I do school work and projects (College) it's nice to see.

Very well equipped laptop for the price. The only low point is the 5400 RPM hard drive.

It takes a couple weeks and a few chat sessions to get the computer to do what it says it will do. You'd think that it would be easier than that with a whole lot less frustration than I had.

I bought this hp laptop. this is very faster laptop I ever had. very good chip price.

My number 9 key at the top of keyboard doesn't work. Can't read thumb drives. Doesn't recognize phone. Filled with bloatware that you can't remove. Sucks that I'm stuck with this until after April when my work slows down long enough to send in and have them keep it for 3 weeks to fix these problems our give me a new computer. Shouldn't have ever passed inspections to be put on the shelves. I probably just got unlucky and got one with issues. It is fast though. Hope they make this right after spending $900 on it.

Great computer better than I expexted, needed an upgrade from my toshiba satellite.

As a graphic designer and photographer, I was looking for a laptop that could handle having multiple Adobe programs open at once. So far, it's been able to handle that seamlessly and I've been impressed with the speed of it. I'm not giving it the full 5 stars, though, because a few little things have been bugging me. First, the click pad seems to jump all over the place. I try to use the click pad as little as possible but in an unavoidable pinch, it's annoying to have the mouse jumping all over the place. Second, my microphone seems to be incredibly quiet. Nobody can ever hear me on video calls unless I am practically screaming. Not sure if that's an Envy issue or just my laptop. Overall, though, loving this laptop and willing to overlook the little things.

Love the screen size with the touch screen feature. Colors are very vibrant. Very powerful computer. Loads of memory and app's. Very happy with this laptop.
