The featured browser with this new laptop is Microsoft Edge. From the first use, the machine would stop responding and the message "display driver stopped responding and has recovered......" would appear. This message would pop up sometimes 4 or five times in succession and sometimes only occasionally, but regardless every time I tried to use Edge, it would happen. Best Buy did replace the computer, assuming it had a bad board. The problem persisted. Geek Squad at two different stores as well as the Corporate Office Geek Squad heard me out, but had no idea why the problem was happening. I contacted HP and Microsoft. Over a two week period the tech people from HP and Microsoft had me try a number of different things in an attempt to solve the problem. Finally, HP told me to talk to Microsoft. Microsoft said to talk to HP. Of course I had done both already. I made the decision that since this happened when I used the Microsoft browser, I would focus my time to "push" Microsoft to figure out what was wrong. Finally Microsoft decided I should move up the tech support ladder to the smarter people. They assured me that for a small fee they would solve the problem. So now I was expected to pay money to fix a new computer.......huh? When I would not pay, Microsoft told me the following: We sold the software to HP, if you do not want to pay us, then it is their problem. So, four weeks after I purchased the laptop, I still have the same problem. Geek Squad has no clue, HP insists I should talk to Microsoft and Microsoft won't help unless I pay them. Does anyone really care about the customer? So Sad.

My Wife and I did much research on laptop's that would suit our needs (function Vs cost). After reading many Best Buy reviews and with the help from the in store employees. We are very happy with our purchase of the HP Envy

The laptop works very well except sometimes it just freezes and you get an odd error message. HP or Microsoft says it is collecting information, so presumably I will see a fix for this some time. If you restart it, it starts just fine.

Even though it is a little heavier then my old one, I really like it, It has a bigger screen and is a touch screen. It has a lot more ram memory. It allows me to play games faster as well as just do things in general, faster.

I am enjoying the large touch screen, and the sleek keyboard.

Large high quality screen. First touch screen I have used on laptop. There are a number of new items that are now available on laptops that were only available on desktops and some things that have not been available on either.

Well I needed a laptop my last was ten years old so I found the the highest cpu I could find well I was so behind I thought I could do some office work like old. I could do more on my phone than this cpu can do but if I pay for more which I thought I was paying 1000 for to have one stop shop

HP makes a fine computer and I like Windows 10 Very much.

As a replacement for an older, HP, I have been using this machine exclusively to complete my doctoral (PhD) dissertation. I love it. I run two additional monitors, for a total of three screens from this machine, and it runs flawlessly. It is powerful and takes whatever I throw at it, on writing a dissertation.

I bought this computer for my Grandson who is a senior in high school and needed a good computer to finish high school with and take to college with him. He is very satisfied and he says it does everything he needs now and what he expects to be doing in college.

Really enjoying this new HP Envy. The display is awesome and the speed is impressive. 16BG or RAM and a terabyte of HD stores and runs anything I want without bogging down. I would recommend this to any power user.

Excellent computer for the price. I am loving using it.

I honestly only use this for office work but it runs like a champ. I haven't had any issues and am always able to access anything and everything quite quickly.
